It has a very nice lake-view from some rooms. The staff is very kind. The breakfast was very good. WLAN Internet acces works only in the lobby and NOT in the room. :-( This was not mentioned in the hotel description. |

fantastica posizione in riva al lago e splendida terrazza con vista. personale molto accogliente e disponibile. stupenda la parte delle camere con terrazzino vista lago. La camera poco comfortevole per un 4 stelle, soprattutto per il letto e la finestra sulla strada provinciale. Bagno con senza box doccia ma con tenda in plastica e scarico nel pavimento, da un 4 stelle mi aspetterei qualcosa di meglio... |

J'ai aimé le confort, le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute pour nous rendre notre séjpur des plus agréables, la décoration tendance "Klimt" très réussie, la propreté des chambres irréprochable, nous avons tout apprécié. L'eau de la piscine qui était très fraîche. Pas de choix et pas assez nombreuses, les viennoiseries au petit déjeuner du matin. |

Malgré le fait que la langue française est peu connue autour du lac de Garde (sauf le nom de certains restaurants ou hotels),cet hotel compte au moins deux employés qui parlent français.Belles omelettes au petit déjeuné.Internet haut débit compris dans le prix des chambre avec cable ethernet prêté gracieusement. Pour avoir une chaine française,il faut s'abonner à Sky Channel.Pas d'adaptateur français pour le courant |

Der traumhafte Blick zum See. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Seeblick. Auf der Terasse frühstücken und so nahe mit dem Gardasee verbunden. Das Hotel liegt einmalig schön. Sehr gepflegter Park. Das Hotel sieht viel schöner aus, als die Fotos in eurer Darstellung. Müsst ihr unbedingt ändern. Leider konnte man im Restaurant nicht spontan essen. Es gab nur die Info, wenn man essen möchte, sollte man 1-2 Tage im voraus Bescheid geben. Wir haben auch nie jemanden im Restaurant gesehen. Abends sind wir noch sehr gerne auf der schönen Terasse gesessen, aber nie kam jemand von dem Personal auf uns zu, um zu fragen, ob wir etwas trinken möchten? Man musste ihnen hinterherrennen. Es gab auch eine Poolbar. Da war es genauso. Kam drauf an, welches Personal dort arbeitete. Ein Mädchen in Ausbildung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie hatte sich auch gefreut mit uns deutsch zu sprechen. Das waren wenige. Man benötigt ein Auto. Im Ort Rivoltella ist nichts geboten. Wir haben zumindest nichts entdeckt. |

Frühstück und Service war sehr gut und vielfältig. Seeblick vom Zimmer aus war top. Zimmer sehr sauber. Umgebung für junge Leute nicht geeignet. Strand nur 10m lang. Keine Bar oder Disco in der Nähe. Um Essen zu gehen braucht man ein Auto. Kontakt nur auf schlechtem Englisch mit dem Hotel. Kein Korkenzieher im Hotel um ne Flasche Wein zu öffnen. Frühstück sehr gut jedoch wird schon um halb 10 keine Wurst mehr nachgelegt. Hotel Restaurant nur für Veranstaltungen im Voraus zu buchen. Auf dem Balkon riecht es nach verrottetem Holz. Immer schön die Türe geschlossen halten sonst hat man den Gestank im Zimmer. Von aussen ist die Balkontüre leider nicht mehr zu öffnen wenn man sie mal ganz zu geschoben hat. WLAN gibts angeblich nur in der Lobby. Kein Netz mit meinem HP. WLAN vermutlich nicht vorhanden. |

Un ottimo albergo poprio in riva al lago con una vista molto bella. Ottima la colazione. Molto tranquillo essendo dotato di poche camere. Se si dispone di auto si è a pochi minuti sia da Desenzano che da Sirmione. |
