Nice localization, large rooms

Very rude staff in a restaurant. Food recomended by Michelin - dish I took was far far away from what I expected to get. It was maksimum medium level.

It's an imposing building, but the location right on the side of the lake is breathtaking. We had a balcony room and it was lovely to sit and just look!

It's quite far out of Iseo, so you will need to drive into town if you want to go anywhere. It's a bit of a strange building, very grand and design led, but not quite getting there. The staff are friendly, but not exactly up on 'service' for the amount of stars: we had to take our own luggage up, not offered at all, and no one told us what time breakfast was or where it was (nor any info in the room), which meant we actually missed it the first morning. There is a train line right next to the hotel, but you don't really hear it and it's only a local line. If it's windy you WILL hear the lake lapping underneath the hotel! However,, despite all these, it IS one of the nicest hotels in the area, that we found.

Nothing! This hotel is not 4 star. The reception staff are rude and the manager very rude. Food poor and also nothing for one of our group as she is a vegetarian and had to eat out of the hotel. Rooms are clean but only very small. Many rooms look over the railway lines and busy road. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend. Poor!

Loved it! Very pleasant hotel, beautiful location on Lake Iseo (on the back side a bit close to the road but who cares...), very friendly personnel, breakfast good, nice rooms, so very recommendable.

Starker Chlorgeruch im Badezimmer. Sehr langsame, störanfällige Internetverbindung (WLAN).

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war sehr schön. Es ist ein intimeres Hotel, da es nicht so viele Zimmer hat. Das Frühstück konnte man auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit Blick über den See. Zum Glück gab es einen kleinen Pool, da kein ordentlicher Seezugang (nebenan war ein kleiner Hafen) angeboten wurde.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war etwas irreführend, da die angegebene Straße auf einmal gesperrt war und wir von der anderen Seite anfahren mussten. Hinter dem Hotel fährt eine Bahn (keine große Frequenz), die aber für die Zimmer zur Seeseite ohne Belang war. Die Bäder könnten noch eine Renovierung vertragen, die Zimmer sind klein aber ansprechend renoviert.

Super Blick auf den See und fantastische Sonnenuntergänge. Baden am Pool, Frühstück/Essen oder den "Gute Nacht Drink" direkt am Wasser genießen. Kostenfreies wlan und Parken. Trotz den schlechten Bewertungen des Restaurants waren wir dort einmal essen, da es immer sehr gut besucht war. Das Essen war gut, aber etwas zu teuer.

Der Ort iseo liegt 30 min zu Fuß entfernt, leider nicht durch einen schönen Weg erreichbar, sondern entlang der Bahngleise und der Hauptstraße.
