The friendliness and professionalism of the management and staff, we were delighted in the way we were looked after during our stay. Poor lounge facilities when relaxing in the evenings |

We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best. Lovely sea-view room and all of the staff were excellent from the chambermaids to the manager. |

Large sun terrace with excellent view of harbour. Very friendly staff. Good spa facilities. Clean spacious room. Some of the reception staff had limited english, but usually one member of staff around who could speak good english, always very friendly. Masseur very limited english, but able to communicate non-verbally. |

The Aragona Palace staff were very welcoming and helpful. We spent a week here on our honeymoon and had a lovely time. The location is great, right on the harbour, 2 minute walk when you get off the hydrofoil and loads of great restaurants/pizzerias and shops within a short walking distance.The staff in the Hotel Spa were very good, the treatments were available at a reduced cost for hotel guests. |

The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. We had a double room with balcony and sea view overlooking the harbour . The breakfast had an excellent and broad choice of fresh food |

Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice location convenient to the port and close to the main street in Ischia town. Excellent breakfast buffet. Not really - room decor is very blue but this is fine - the plastic covering the headboard and some of the furniture makes it a bit antiseptic. |

Staff, facilities and service were all excellent. We were treated like friends throughout our stay. Personal service and attention to detail was most evident at the Aragona, which stands out as one of the most pleasant hotels I've stayed at. I would recommend this place. Being only seconds away from the bars and restaurants means there are some inevitable sounds of liveliness in the evenings. It goes with the the territory. |

Logo no check-in recebemos um upgrade para um quarto com terraço com vista para o mar e no quarto, fomos recepcionados com uma garrafa de espumante. O hotel possui um spa com piscina aquecida e hidromassagem que é fantástica. A grande vantagem é que se localiza muito próximo ao porto (que é a via de chegada para a ilha) e a vários restaurantes. |

La posizione, ottima per passeggiare tra le stradine di Ischia con tutto a portata di mano, e buona base di partenza per la visita dell'intera isola. La disponibilità dello staff. L'aria condizionata all'interno degli spazi comuni dell'hotel era troppo alta. La camera standard, di buon confort complessivo, era un po' buia. |

Personale molto disponibile, camere grandi e pulitissime, Colazione Super, ottima posizione vicino a via Roma e Aliscafi. Piscina esterna piccola ma molto Panoramica, insomma tutto perfetto Avrei gradito trovare il centro benessere interno con acque termali, ma avendo l'isola tantissimi parchi termali bellissimi ciò è abbastanza ininfluente. |

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer die von den Zimmermädchen ständig in Ordnung gehalten werden. Nettes Entgegenkommen mit late check out. Der Meeresblick ist eigentlich nur ein Hafenblick. In der Nacht liegen einige große Fähren vor Anker deren Generatoren leider sehr starken Lärm entwickeln. |
