Aragona Palace Hotel

The Staff were very helpfull the room was of good standard and very clean. Well managed hotel.

Great postion overlooking port....wonderful with lots happening and harbourside restaurants for outside dining.Reception staff were very helpful.

No real lounge area...where you might mingle etc.

We loved our stay here. The location is the best in Ischia, shopping and seaside restaurants around the corner, bus and ferry stations within a few minutes walking distance. The service was friendly throughout our stay and we were particularly impressed by the cleaning of the rooms (they changed our towels, made the bed and gave a touch up in the room twice a day). The breakfast selection was better than typical Italian, although the coffee was perhaps a bit below average (our only complaint, really, and very very minor).

The hotel staff was very hospitable and mainly it was the only positive thing about our stay.

It is not #1 hotel in the region,it is overrated and overpriced,not a "palace": it is an average 3-stars hotel with many problems,photos are too impressive and do not conform with reality,the air-conditioner was not working, the shower control was broken,the free-of-charge shampoo was not possible to open (hardly sealed),the breakfast was poor,the swimming pool had not thermal water (but the hotel is called Aragona Palace Hotel Thermae!)-hotel staff said they still did not get sanitary approval for thermal pool;internet is not free of charge,no wi-fi access in rooms,the pool on the roof is too small,the surrounding area (sea port) is dirty and not applicable for swimming;too noisy during nights-drunk people,bikes;no good beach at all.

The friendliness and professionalism of the management and staff, we were delighted in the way we were looked after during our stay.

Sehr freundliches und sachkundiges Personal. Einzigartiger Service. Hier ist der Gast noch König. Ein Hotel wie man es nur noch selten findet. Alle Einrichtungen und auch die Zimmer sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage, sehr gut geeignet für den Urlaub in der Vor.-u. Nachsaison. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Durch die zentrale Lage am Hafen etwas laut, allerdings nur bei geöffneten Fenster ist eine Beeinträchtigung spürbar.

Hotel in zentraler Lage am Hafen von Ischias "Hauptstadt". Schönes Zimmer mit einem großen, sehr komfortablen Bad. Sehr engagiertes und extrem freundliches Hotelpersonal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nette Atmosphäre, sehr sehr sauber.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Die Zimmermädchen haben immer wieder nach dem Rechten geschaut. Die Lage fanden wir hervorragend, da wir gleich mitten im Zentrum waren, und der Blick auf den Hafen ist traumhaft. Die Geräuschkulisse um das Hotel gehört einfach zu Italien dazu. Sehr entgegenkommende Geschäftsleitung.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ebenso ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels hervorzuheben.

Die absolut zentrale Lage, ist ideal für den Ersturlaub auf Ischia. Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick über den Hafen bei Sonnenaufgang ist der Traum. Alles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe; Restaurantmeile am Hafen; Busbahnhof; Autovermieter; Fußgängerzone mit allen erdenklichen Läden usw. Sehr sauberes Hotel mit reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet.
