Marisa was very nice, helpful and very warm. The directions she sent me to get to the hotel were spot on I didn't need to ask for directions anymore. The place was cozy and near the train station.

Faulty front door was kind of hard to open but I'm jist nit picking as everything was superb.

My go-to place in Florence. Very short walk from the train station, and not very far from all the attractions either. Very nice staff. Rooms are excellent and the bathroom was one of the nicest I have seen. And prices are excellent.

The wifi in the room was bad. But we spend most our time outside anyways.

Everything is really over my expectation. It is under estimated with B&B entitled; however, it should be called a hostel or even a family hotel because it totally fulfill the requirement. The host is friendly and helpful.

Another side should be pointed out that it was a shame not seeing the host. It's not a big problem because things are well prepared, but I think at least the host should send an email in advance to let guests know what codes of the doors are and how rooms are arranged, rather than wait for calls from guests.

The hosts were excellent in every way. They recommended restaurant and travel as well as giving us a bag of apples they had just bought at the market to see us off.

Just book it, you won't regret! Aramis is just brilliant! Having been to Europe for several times, never thought that B&B could be better than a three stars or four stars hotel, but Aramis did really so up to the standard that even better than some three stars hotels. Great location, comfort room, absolutely clean! Most of all, you can feel that you are really being take care of. Thank you very much, Marisa! My husband and I did have a great stay in Aramis!

Wifi in the room was no signal, but it was good in the living room. We were OK with that as we were arranged in a quiet room that we have requested.

Close to train station, friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to all the main sights. Bathroom was separate from our room, but was only used by us so it was not a problem at all. This room was a great value and was very clean.

I was a simple, clean, safe place to stay. If your the kind of traveler that's into going out and seeing all that Florence has to offer, as opposed to being seen in fancy hotel lobby, this is the place for you. Marissa, the manager, was very generous with her knowledge of the events, sights, and recommendations. My trip to Florence was made much better.

Location was great, Marisa is lovely. Very clean.

Above a bar and can get noisy, no problem as I slept with ear plugs.

There isn't a person to open the door. We have problems... I pay in cash and now I see in my credit card, they didn´t cancel the reservation money!!

It is located really close to the important sights.

There was a unpleasant smell in the room and the air condition is not strong enough if it is hot outside. Parking is really expensive in Florence (20e / day).

Florence was a beautiful city with extremely friendly locals. The manager at the Aramis B&B was very helpful with giving my girlfriend and I local information and tips on the best restaurants. The accommodation was extremely clean and they made us feel very welcome. I would defiantly recommend to a friend.

It's clean and is situated in a good location.

I find it unbelieveable that this "B&B" has such a high score..... firstly breakfast is extra so its not a B&B its just a B. Its extremely difficult to find if you arrive by car and parking is a nightmare (but thats not the hotels fault, although trivargo advised it did have free parking). Its very noisy I was woken every night by either people or the ridiculous alarm clock radios they have that boom out italian at 2am through paper thin walls. I could go on but I'm bored of it. Very disappointing stay else where. Forgot to mention that the private bathrooms dont have exterior locks which means there not private.....

Room was clean with nice bathroom. Location close to train station was convenient. Very close to excellent local restaurants. Marisa & staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating. Small elevator was wonderful since rooms are on 2nd floor.
