If you want a place to relax and go to the beach and nothing else - this is it, and that is what we wanted and pretty close to the FCO airport. A little nightlife on the marina and boardwalk but otherwise not much to do close by. Shuttle driver/service to the airport was very nice and helpful in assisting us to get us to the right terminal. A little more English speaking people in restaurant and a little more variety on food and beverages would have been nice... One day eggs gone early and another day - no eggs at all for breakfast. Fruit was soft and mushy. |

The room design was interesting, the decor just "worked". The balcony was nice. Covered hotel parking, and 15 minutes from the airport were added benefits. A rather seedy neighborhood, although that's changing quickly. Great for 1 day, maybe 2 if you spend a day at the ruins. |

The proximity to the airport was our reason for staying at the hotel. We did enjoy the seaviews, the marina and the ecclectic beach life outside our hotel. the carpet in the room was very stained and dirty and it would have been good to have a few more pillows on the bed. It would also have been nice to be able to have a drink on the rooftop bar with out having to have a meal. |

Could not find the hotel! From Rome, it's not easy. I would not recommend also because past of the town are very run down and did not look safe. |

The location was great because it was close to the airport, which is what we were looking for. It also was quiet and a very well-maintained facility. Breakfast, which was included, was good. We were not told upon arrival that parking was available, which made no sense because we asked if we should leave our car out on the street and were told we should (the hotel has a nice, roomy, indoor lot). Then, when we were leaving, no one told us we had to press a button to exit, and for security purposes the gate is locked, so we couldn't get out. |

Close to everything along the beach..shopping, eating, sand. Service to airport. Very nice breakfast. I wish they had a "business center" where access to computer were easier. I had to use the one in the office to print my boarding pass and felt uncomfortable doing work there because it was one of their office machines. |

The staff was very helpful and so friendly. Being family owned they were very pleased to be there for you. The lady that served the breakfast (Giovanna) made our morning meals a special treat. |

Was not happy with the area; dirty, graffiti, run down. Not comfortable walking around . Took taxi even for dinner. Had I known that, I would not have booked. |

The hotel staff was very helpful in answering questions. Hotel is right near beach and yachting club with several very good restaurants within walking distance. Being away from Rome, it is more peaceful and quiet. The Rooms are modern and the bathrooms were cleaned very well daily The room carpets should be vacuumed more often. |

I liked the hotel being contemporary. It was fairly new. Facilities are in good condition. Great shower Seems spartan. Everything is there but not enough. For example: There's a table/tesk but very narrow. There's a stool and not a chair. There are not enough power outlets and on and on we go. Please be aware, the hotel does not have restaurant and when I arrived (Friday night) McDonalds was the only open place across the street. |

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Perhaps a 3-star. Also, no wifi in the room. Hardwire Internet only - and of course, the hotel had no cables available. |

That it was close to Roma airport. Because it was out of the holiday season, one could not have supper. Luckily, the recreational port was in walking distance. Only one restaurant was open. This is a major drawback upon late arrival for this hotel. Guests need something to eat. Otherwise the hotel was ok |

I liked the comfortable and well shaped room as well as the hotel itself. The area arround is nice. The best place to stay if you have early flight, no wonder its my fourth time in your hotel since you opened it. Last time the bar was closed |
