Five star hotel with 3 star price. Very nice room and facility. The breakfast is also good. The bathroom is clean and everything is just like five star plus hotel. Very very poor location. Located in living distict. Hard to connect with public transport. Only route 670 and 671 connected to metro station which costs 1 hour to wait for. The metro is far from the hotel. If you plan to solo travel. That would always costs you more than one hour to centre of rome and longer if back.

Very modern new and clean rooms and public areas. The IT system failed on check out in the morning. I returned in the evening to collect my luggage and tried to obtain an invoice but the system failed again. I do not know whether this is staff or system error. I still do not have an invoice. The staff are very helpful but not very efficient, I suggest a little more training. Although the staff showed me how to get to the local transport, it would be better if it could be displayed either at reception or in the rooms.

The Aran Mantegna is a very nice, modern hotel, exceptionally clean and smart, with very friendly staff. The lighting in the rooms is very innovative. It's a pity it is not closer to where the conference was (Congressi?), or to the city centre.

Good bed, good shower, excellent breakfast, nice room. Unfortunately little bottle of water from the minibar in the room was so expensive!! Other hotels we stayed in it was always complimentary!

Room design is excellent, very clean and safe, nice breakfast Most of the staff were not too freindly. Neither the bar nor the main desk would provide change when requested. The staff was not well advised on public transportation. I didn't like to pay extra to use the computer, should be free to hotel guests.

Fint och fräscht hotell. Vi trodde tyvärr att det låg lite mer centralt då vi aldrig vart i rom. Däremot fanns det jättebra kommunaltrafik som inte kostade mkt heller. De tog 22 euro för internet per dag, det var väldigt lyhört och grannarna gillade att smälla i dörrar. Personalen hade lite svårt att le o vara trevliga. Jag bad om att få ett extra glas till rummet då gick jag vänta på att hon skulle fråga chefen och sen fick jag konstiga blickar efteråt t ex.

Camerele hotelului sunt destul de mari foarte curate si cu un design interesant . Hotelul este la 2 minute de statia de autobuz si se ajunge relativ repede in centru. Am ramas foarte placut impresionata. Recomand

просторный удобный номер, тихо. кровать и подушка хорошие. добираться на автобусе удобно, если знать маршруты. жлобская система оплаты интернета, вроде час бесплатно, но потом непонятно с какого момента начинают деньги брать. однако после отказа платить, настаивать не стали.

Хотелът е много приятен, обслужването е на ниво, закуската е разнообразна и хубава. Чистотата на стаята е отлична. Съотношението цена/качество е отлично. Заслужава си цената спрямо услугите и удобствата, които хотелът предоставя. Хората от персонала са усмихнати и отзивчиви. Беше удоволствие за нас да бъдем гости на хотела и бихме го посетили отново.

Hotel de instalaciones espectaculares El personal no es tan atento para la categoría del hotel, por ejemplo:Se indico claramente en la reserva, que se requerían 4 almohadas y no fue después de insistir que al final las enviaron. Queda un poco lejos de restaurantes y comercios
