Garage gratuito, disponibilità e cortesia dei receptionist, pulizia. Da un 4 stelle ti aspetti almeno una colazione al limite della decenza......pandoro riciclato e risecco è il top. Caffè e cappuccino dalla macchinetta.....una porcheria. Camera un po' vecchia ma sufficiente, le porte delle camere che sbattono ogni volta che rientra qualcuno sono una rogna!!!!!

Solo la pulizia della camera, che dovrebbe essere semore scontata. Si, posizione scomodissima, praticamente fuori Roma. Senza macchina non ci si sposta. Staff poco competente, in pochi parlano l'inglese e sono disorganizzati. Palestra fuori servizio per manutenzione. Internet wi-fi gratuito fuori servizio per manutenzione per 1 gg e mezzo su 2. Nome dell'hotel fuorviante: non è in mezzo ad un bel parco e ha la vista su palazzoni di cemento in una zona desolata dell'estrema periferia di Roma. Una colazione in un 4 stelle dovrebbe come minimo consentire di concedersi un buon caffè o cappuccino fatto al bar e non alle macchinette automatiche come succede.

Personale non molto competente per un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto svariate volte spiegazioni sul perchè prenotando una camera doppia deluxe ci fosse stata rifilata una doppia normale; stiamo ancora aspettando una risposta. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, unica pecca il finto parquet.. Amplifica tutti I rumori, si possono sentire a qualsiasi ora rumori di tacchi frenetici nel corridoio, trolley o monetine che cadono.

Di positivo c'è stata solo la pulizia che dovrebbe essere normale almeno in un 4 stelle. Abbiamo prenotato una camera delux e ci hanno dato una camera minuscola e dopo aver chiesto diverse volte se quella era una camera delux senza avere risposta, abbiamo chiesto di vedere una camera standard per vedere se era uguale e solo all'ora ci hanno cambiato stanza. In pratica non volevano darci la camera per ciò che avevamo pagato con la scusa che "al 5 piano le stanze sono così". Decisamente sconsiglio a tutti di passare per questo hotel.

Il servizio navetta efficiente, economico e cortese; il personale La stanza era freddina; tutto il giorno il riscaldamento spento che si attiva solo all'inserimento della tessera nella stanza e poi non andava più di tanto.

Personale molto gentile - La struttura è gestita in modo disorganizzato - personale di ristorante insufficiente (ho aspettato 15 min prima di poter ordinare per pranzo e a colazione era presente una sola cameriera) - alle 9.30 di mattina la rampa di accesso del parcheggio era bloccata dal camion per il cambio della biancheria: 15 minuti di attesa prima che finissero - alle 20, ha bussato e aperto la porta senza aspettare risposta, una persona qualificatasi come "Servizio Qualità"..??? - ascensore che porta in sala fitness rotto, e il personale ha confessato che succede spesso - mancanza riscaldamento sala fitness, non che uno pretenda chissà che cosa, ma non il gelo totale

“This is a lovely hotel. The room was spotless and quite large. The foyer and reception area is very nice also the bar and restaurant.
