The hotel was very clean and really a four star hotel But the location is very bad. It is far from the city center, the nearest subway station is 5 minutes if you can find a bus or you must walk for 30 minutes. When you reach the subway, it is 9 stops to Colosseum. 40 minutes lost. |

1. The hotel location is not good. It is far away from Metro Station and city centre. No direct bus service from Metro station to the hotel.

This is a huge hotel focused on package-tour customer. A bit rusty for a 4-star category hotel, me thinks. It has the odd extra (like an excercise bike!) but 3 stars would be enough. The hotel staff are friendly and competent. Nothing more, nothing less. We stayed in 2 triple rooms and they were both huge. Too long a distance for the city centre. The hotel bus shuttle is of little help as it runs only during weekdays till 5 pm. The local bus stop is just 50 metres aways. But you nedd more tha half an hour to get to the city centre (bus+metro). As everything in Rome, too expensive. This was our 3rd visit to Rome and we stayed at this hotel this time because some relatives of ours were there as well (package tour!). Next time round we will stick to the centre. |

la disponibilità dello staff dell hall,che non ha pensato due volte a cambiarmi la stanza a causa di alcuni problemi. è ineccepibile che in una struttura 4 stelle,non si riesca a vedere raiuno e raidue e per di più durante il torneo europeo 2008,impossibile regolare manualmente l'aria condizionata (camera ghiacciata) e sciaquone non funzionante, colazione carente per una struttura di tale prestigio (poca scelta) |

La pulizia delle camere. C'erano segni evidenti di mancanza di pulizia in quanto la cenere sulla moquette non era nostra, non fumiamo, e la camera doveva essere per non fumatori. |

La situation de l'hotel, dans un park, coupé du bruit, à seulement 12KM du centre de rome, pratique qaund on vient en voiture, supermarché à 1,5KM. Buffet matinal copieux et varié, staff du restaurant tres sympa Le Staff à la réception est peu aimable, le caractère impersonnel de l'hotel, habitué à gerer des grands groupes, les robinets et les tuyaux de douche sont fatigués, et ménage supperficiel effectué dans les chambres, retouvé en haut de l'armoire de la nourriture pour bébé. |
