The hotel is just fantastic!!!! 1. Great location, great architecture. 2. Professional, service minded staff. They are so kind that the manager of hotel wanted park my car personally, to avoid I will destroy the car and hotel. Great people, all speaking English 3. The room: full comfort, big bathroom, well equipped, additionally small balcony, for smokers perhaps. 4. The breakfast just five star hotel. You can enjoy your breakfast with fantastic view on sea. 5. Hotel has great private beach, belonging to hotel, great place on the rocks

Only what I can complain is: why only 3 stars?? Five, Six, Seven!!!!

Just the location as it is right on the sea front Beautiful surroundings around the hotel winding roads lush green and full of flowers everywhere

The proprietor of the hotel was very rude and spoke loudly of other guests that had left as he did not like russians The hotel rooms were not at all cleaned properly. The floors were covered in dogs hair Since it claims to be a four star hotel arc en ciel then it lacked clean towels, tissues, slippers, no written information or brochures about the services on offer. There was no mini bar - no water - no tea and coffee making facilities. A total disaster I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I feel sorry for those who will have to endure so much as 1 hour in that place.

We really liked to stay in that hotel. It is an amazing place, a paradise on earth. The sea was so cyan and clear. All services were excellent. Also we would like to thank Mr. Darvin, we appreciate his behavior to us – his willingness a helpfulness. Thanks for the pure energy, fun and happiness.

There was a breathtaking view as our room was facing the sea and high up in the hotel. Easy parking on site. There was a very pleasant restaurant with quite good food downstairs. Comfortable smallish room.

Great location, right on waterfront and easy 5 min walk down to town centre. Lovely luxurious bar and restaurant on deck that looks directly over the sea. Helpful staff and good value for money.

Fantastic location at the quiet end of Diano Marina. Excellent recommendations for restaurants of any specialty or price.

Hôtel très bien situé. Vue magnifique. Buffet déjeuner très correct, malgré l'absence de fruits. En résumé, une très bonne adresse

Parkplatz,sehr steile Rampe, besser anderweitig parken Schrankklappbetten im Viererzimmer weder für Kinder noch für Jugendliche geeignet für 2 Tage machbar, aber nicht für Urlaubsaufenthalt

La gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnelle. Le confort des chambres est remarquable de même que la vue sur la mer.

Posizione e camera con vista mare incantevole

La camera superior con balcone direttamente sul mare è molto bella ed offre una vista ed un contatto diretto con il mare difficilmente replicabile in altre strutture della riviera di ponente, allo stesso prezzo. Anche il ristorante offre una vista stupenda sulla baia.

L'unico difetto di questa tipologia di camere è che sono ricavate sotto il ristorante, quindi alla mattina si sentono I rumori della preparazione della sala per la colazione. Ma vale sicuramente la pena sopportare questo piccolo disagio per godere della stupenda vista sul mare.

Ottima posizione sarebbe da ribatezzare Arc sur Mer

L'hotel è situato in una posizione panoramica e molto intimo per chi volesse passare un po di tempo con la famiglia in tutta tranquillità,personale molto cordiale e disponibile,camere pulite,colazione davvero sorprendente.

La posizione a picco sul mare, la gentilezza del servizio ristorazione. La colazione nella norma, a richiesta era possibile avere l'uovo cucinato in altro modo e non solo sodo come previsto nel buffet, per gli affettati la scelta era limitata a prosciutto cotto e salame.

La camera non è all'altezza del costo, non c'è il frigobar e non è possibile oscurare del tutto le finestre, l'arredamento definirlo spartano è un eufemismo, ho prenotato una quadrupla che in realtà è una doppia con gli altri due letti appesi alla parete più paragonabili a cuccette del treno.
