The hotel has got a very friendly staff which helped us out all the time we needed assistance(for example to find certain places in the city). The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. All in all an absolutely recommendable hotel! |

Visto da fuori sembra un posto abbandonato ed in disarmo, mantre gli interni sono di un classico hotel per viaggiatori d'affari. Camere pulite ed accoglienti adeguate al target di utenti. Non vicinissimo al centro, ma tanto a spoleto è tutto un centro con ztl |

L'unico lato positivo, le foto delle camere presenti sul sito web, corispondono allo stato reale dell'aspetto delle camere (almeno il terzo piano). Infatti, la camera era pulita e ben arredata. Scarso aspetto dell'enrata e la reception. Il ristorante si è fermato negli anni 80, e così rimasto fino ad oggi, cioè poco curato, direi anche sporco e poco organizzato. La colazione - poco organizzata, assolutamente non è stata una vera colazione continentale, e lo staff poco cordiale, direi molto stanco di dover servire ai clienti, cioè rendeva l'atmosfera di colazione spiacevole. |
