The room was spotlessly clean. Bottled water was available. There was a restaurant and a snack bar on the ground floor. Breakfast was quite good and served for 4 hours (7-11) each morning. The hotel is some distance outside the main town and, though there is quite a convenient bus service, this does not operate on a Sunday. |

very good room, hotel and restaurant. the staff and owner was very kind for us. It is possible to use for free sport swimming pool at hotel nearby (10min by foot). easy to find parking place near hotel, and for free outside city walls (10min by foot). discount for dinner at hotel restaurant. i like this place very much. |

Professionalità e gentilezza dello staff. Camere molto confortevoli e colazione adeguata. Comodissimo avere sempre a disposizione bottigliette d'acqua gratuite ai piani. Posizione un po' scomoda per il centro di Spoleto. |

Camere confortevoli, moderne, attrezzate. Personale cortese e disponibile. Centro città raggiungibile anche a piedi in soli 10 minuti. Acqua minerale a disposizione dei clienti in appositi frigo-bar in ogni piano. Buffet della prima colazione adeguato. |

L'hotel è pulito e sufficientemente confortevole. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Manca il frigobar nelle camere ed è un po' scomodo recarsi a piedi nel centro di Spoleto. |

Visto da fuori sembra un posto abbandonato ed in disarmo, mantre gli interni sono di un classico hotel per viaggiatori d'affari. Camere pulite ed accoglienti adeguate al target di utenti. Non vicinissimo al centro, ma tanto a spoleto è tutto un centro con ztl |
