close to everything. good breakfast. 2 of the reception staff excellent happy and helpful. Roof garden lovely. room always lovely and clean. Staff there if needed but did not bother you one reception guy rude and sullen. Fridge full of drinks which were terribly expensive and a note to say we were forbidden to put anything else in fridge. I think that is unacceptable |

We were very happy at Hotel Arcangelo. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the roof terrace was an added bonus. We had a lovely room on the top floor with table and chairs on the balcony - very nice! Wireless internet access was very slow. |

Convenient location, yet quiet. Nice size room, good breakfast included in the price of the room. Not really, we enjoyed our stay. |

No air condition. Did not work the time we were there and nothing was done to correct the problem even though we asked every day. Spoke to manager the last day there and he promised to compensate us for the inconvience but I have had no response to date. It was extremely hot temperatures the days that we were there and difficult to sleep. |

Hotel had excellent location and breakfast buffet. Bed was hard, television was all italian language except for CNN and limited news that repeated itself all day.. No english newspapers or radio, no alarm clock or coffee maker in room. Had to buy bottled drinking water in room. |

It is a very quiet part of Rome but still close enough to walk to all of the sights. Also staff very friendly and helpful, will call a taxi if needed. Coffee could be better. Otherwise, breakfast was very good. |

We enjoyed it very much. It's not too big and busy like some hotels. The location is excellent for sightseeing, shops and restaurants. Being in a residential area it is quiet at night time The staff are friendly and helpful. If you need the metro or buses they are reasonably nearby. We would certainly recommend it to friends (1). If you are less than 1.75 metres tall it is nigh on impossible to reach the clothes hangers in the wardrobe !! (2). A few drawers for other clothes would be nice. (3). A small electric kettle for making coffee / tea would be an advantage |

The staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. It is also in a good location for sightseeing .It was nice and quiet.Breakfast was very good. There was a foul smell from the bathroom on one night. Would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities or be able to get a drink .There was only a very expensive mini bar. |

we liked the locaction of the hotel to the vatican and other tourist attractions. The roof garden was very welcome after a busy day for a quiet drink. The bed was a little bit hard for our liking but that was a minor fault. |

The hotel is situated in a quiet position, in walking distance from the Vatican. The rooms are clean and comfortably furnished. There was a strong smell of waste water coming out of the bathroom. |
