I certainly appreciated the wonder staff. They assisted us with our every need. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. I truly appreciate how clean the rooms were. Thank you very much!

Location, free Internet, good parking and a very friendly staff

The air conditioner was not capable of handling the 35 degrees we had in Rome and the safe was broken down

The hotel lobby and the corridors had been renovated and were invitingly
cool when walking off the streets on a Roman summer's day. And that is
where the deception started. As it turns out, because we cut short our
stay at Hotel ArcDiavolo, it would have been more comfortable sleeping
in the ultra cool corridor, on the very plush carpet.

On booking and paying for a triple room we were shunted into a double
room with a rollaway bed taking up the remaining available space. The
beds were rock hard, the airconditioning was noisy and not working to
capacity and the shower did not work. The hotel was all for exterior
show and not for guest comfort. Give the buffet breakfast a big miss!

Located very near the Vatican. Good Buffet Breakfast. Air Conditioning in the Room. Had a very nice bathroom en suite, seemed as if it was recently renovated. Shopping street very near. ( there was a department store just round the block).

very well located for the vatican. Parking facility available

We booked a quadruple room for 4 but was told that this was not available. Tried to offer a room for 3 and 1. After explainning this was not acceptable happly offered 2 double rooms. A shame we could not get what we had booked 4 months prior.
