A localização do Hotel é optima. A casa de banho é limpa sem dúvida, mas... Quando estamos dentro da banheira nada tem para evitar que a agua inunda toda a casa de banho. Então as toalhas da casa de banho são usadas para por no chão. |

A localização do hotel é, sem dúvida a sua mais valia. Situa-se num bairro calmo e muito agradável e tem muito perto avenidas para quem gosta de compras. A cidade do Vaticano também relativamente perto O que menos gostei no hotel foi o facto da internet wireless não chegar ao 4º andar, pelo que sempre que precisava de ir à internet tinha que me deslocar ao piso -1 |

O quarto é muito confortável e o atendimento muito bom. Talvez deixar a disposição uma máquina de café expresso para se tomar a noite. |

O hotel é muito confortável, localizado num sitio óptimo e muito calmo.O ideal para descançar após um dia de caminhada pela bela cidade de Roma. Durante a noite não há um ruido, o que nos permitiu dormir que nem anjos. Correspondeu em tudo ao que está descrito no site, por isso, a surpresa foi muito agradável. Vamos voltar. O pequeno almoço poderá melhorar. |

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. The air conditioning was turned off which I guess is normal for Italy in November so we had to open the windows to cool off the room. The street noise did interfere with sleeping. |

All the hotel staff were very helpful especially the reception staff. Nice clean room. I asked for extra pillows and this was immediately sorted out. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Good location. Brilliant view from the roof top area. There could be slightly more variety for breakfast but still ok. |

Reliable and fast free wi-fi internet.Quiet setting in the middle of metropoly. Walking distance to Vatican and also to city center. Good access via metro. English-speaking and competent staff (fast reception and leaving procedures). Ample space in the bathroom. I, of course, appreciate reliable and client-friendly reservation through booking.com, too. |

Good points: breakfast, kind personnel at reception, terrasse bad points: individual rooms are not very big... The day we were leaving, we ask the reception if it was possible they to book a taxi for as for the evening. That evening, it was their "own" taxi and not an official one, who came to take us, and they try to make us paying more than the official ones... (normal fare from Fiumicino to the hotel: 45€). Finally they accept the "official" fare.. |

Within walking distance of the Vatican. The roof top garden was a nice respite to relax after a long day of sight seeing. The breakfast buffet was very good and gave a lot of variety. Hotel staff were very helpful with direction or trying to arrange tours. |

We weren't in the hotel for long and booked there because we needed a car park and to be close to the Vatican. Driving there was easy. The bed was quite firm and the decor is abit hard on the eye's. It was very quiet though and very handy to the Vatican for our early morning tour. |

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. It's location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping too. Our room was just fine and the roof garden too. Perhaps bathrooms in some rooms are a little bit old. |

Great location, quiet but close to the Vantican city and other major sites. There are also some decent restaurants around. I stayed there for almost one week. The room was nice and clean, and all the staff I met can speak pretty good English. The air condition works well and was quite. |

Clean modern Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location within walking distance of many places of interest, including the Vatican. Buses and Metro near by. Pretty roof garden. The air conditioning in Room 37 was very noisy. No drawers or kettle. rooms dark and some quite small. |

The location was great! Easy access to many sites in Rome. The breakfast pastries were too sweet and didn't taste fresh. Fresh seasonal fruit sliced up would have been a nice addition. |

All the reception staff were phenomenally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All spoke fantastic English and went out of their way to help. Great location in a great city. Roof terrace bar and free off street parking was a bonus. Great breakfast. |
