The reception area was very nice and most of the staff were very helpful.
Our room was definitely not up to 4 star standard. The bathroom was very cramped.
Very poor quality breakfast. Meats and cheese unsatisfactory. Bed uncomfortable . No internet in room.
Breakfast was not up to the level of a 4 star hotel. It was very poor.
Only its location is Good.
Breakfast is very very poor, only 1 kind of cheese, and 2 kind of Ham, yoghurt and 1 kind of Sugar Croissant. Rooms wasnt so clean, the pillow smell so bad, we couldnt sleep well. etc.............
Near of termini Good service
Matress bad condition Breakfast and coffee very regular
Air conditoning is switched off between 24.00 and 06.00
I just like the location which was near the center and that was all !
staff were so rude and uneducated to behave toward guests . they are quite poor on English language , so if you are not Italian you will certainly face serious problems. I have booked a king bed for 1 person , but the bed was like slaves bed, not the kings !!!
No WiFi in the room. Old bathrooms.
Excellent location, very close to Termini Railway Station and to the subway, very strategic for moving in town and outside. Although the station is messy, the hotel lies on a quiet side street.
Old fashioned stile and furniture, rooms really need renovation. The mattresses are so old that they have a big hole just in the middle, so back-ache is assured. DTV not working, but Rome is so beautiful it doesn't really matter. Make sure you get a room on the upper floors, the hotel is very popular with school trips which are normally assigned the first floors. NO WI-FI in the room!!!!
Very friendly staff, clean, and very close to Termini station in center of Rome. Breakfast was good.
There was something wrong with the AC. Since the weather was good in October, we didn't use it and opened in the window instead.
I chose this hotel because of how close it is to the central station. If you're looking to be 5 minutes away from the central station, then this should do. The room and bed were just fine and clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast. It is ok, but when it comes to value, I'm sure I could have found the same for less if I'd booked in advance.
For some weird reason, the bathtub doesn't have a curtain or sliding door, so obviously the water got all over the place.
It is not a 4 star hotel in reality, it does not deserve 4 stars. The smell in the room was terrible, the blanket on the bad really old and ugly, air-condition did not work it was just producing noise when switched on, request a room facing the back yard - not the street, it's a highly trafficked street and windows are not blocking the noise at night.
