Trully friendly manager and receptionists. Courtesy van brough us from the port to the hotel and back. Luggage brought to the room and all facilities pointed out to us. Superb room and services. Tasteful decoration and real comfort. Located in a nice and quiet street besides another hotel and a fantastic restaurant. Just 4 or 5 minutes walk from Marina Corta and Corso Vittorio Emanuele Staff serving breakfast: Nothing reprovable but not as friendly as the rest of the staff. |

The hotel is one of Lipari's best.Its location is 5 minutes to the main street. There is internet but it didn't work for us in the room (with cable) we needed to go to the reception hall. I wish more ppl knew english, ask for Alicia (if I recall well). You can see that there is not a lot of staff and thus the service is fair but not good; for example I remember us taking the luggage to the room even on arrival. But they had a shuttle to the port which was very convenient. |

The friendlyness of the staff and the facilities, for example the fantastically clean and warm swimming pool, the jacuzzi on the roof and the sun beds. Location was great aswell. |

It's a lovely hotel and has a nice pool. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The free internet was easy to use, in the lounge area of the hotel. The roof gardens were also very pleasant. |

Best speaking Italian ever met within this hotel staff - Ms Melissa; cleanliness - they changed the towels even twice a day; serenity of the surroundings - a residential area not assaulted by tourists; good taste implicit in everything ... Overall great. No garden available - we did not check though the "terrace garden" and they recommended a tourist office offering trips which did not prove to be serious, this should really be taken care of and I think they already did due to our complaint. |

staff cortese e disponibile. Posizione invidiabile, a un centinaio di metri dalla strada principale di Lipari. Al nostro arrivo, impossibile fruire di acqua calda nella doccia. Bagno microscopico, come il televisore, vecchio e con ricezione pessima per tutti i canali nazionali, inserito in un'anta dell'armadio! Condizionatore rumorosissimo: o stavamo svegli per il caldo o stavamo svegli per il suo rumore... Pulizia della piscina carente. Prima colazione non molto assortita. Insomma, pecche che in un 4 stelle dove si paga quel che si paga non sono concepibili singolarmente, figuriamoci tutte insieme... |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato tan especial que nos han dado el personal del hotel, epecialmente el metre. Todo muy correcto, es un hotel pequeñito pero muy acojedor, un trato bastante personalizado. Me ha gustado muchisimo, vale la pena probar, sin duda alguna vovleria. Cuando nos fuimos del hotel sentiamos añoranza. |

Personale molto cordiale, ottima posizione centrale permettendo di spostarsi senza bisogno di alcun mezzo, struttura nuovissima, camera con aria condizionata e magnifica terrazza. Televisione da migliorare e bagno con qualche pecca, avremmo preferito una vasca idromassaggio oppure un più efficente piatto con box doccia rispetto alla vasca semplice. Comunque il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. |
