B&B Arco Antico

A nice little b&b, within a walking distance from the train station and at the same time pretty close to city center. It's just enough for a short comfortable stay in Florence. The breakfast is pretty simple, but fresh and tasty. The owner is very welcoming and pleasant. WiFi is free and stable.

The shower cabin is quite small, and so is the elevator as the building is quite old. But that's hardly a problem.

Great location (close to the train station, shopping, sights), staff most helpful, quiet....

Informal atmosphere, very affable and accomodating manager.owner, excellent location...you just have to get used to the fact that it occupies tghe third floor in an an apartment building, and that the lift is tiny.

This was the most value for money accomodation i had for my 14 days switzerland/italy trip. This was a great find considering Florence is such an expensive place. The owner Matteo was very friendly and helpful as well as easy going. The room was cheerful, clean and had a romantic tuscany feel. Clean and comfy bed, white sheets and clean towels with good amount of room. It was also very near the main train station, about 10-15 min to provide for the dragging of the luggage down the cobbled stones. It was located on the 3rd floor of the building and we had to squeeze our luggage one by one via the very tiny lift. But it added to the unforgettable experience...all in all a great, comfortable place i would recommend.

The main door is a bit problematic as it was a bit difficult to lock. Sometimes we gave up and left the door unlocked, which was a bit concerning for me. But other than that, everything else worked great!! :)

Just a few steps from the railway station, not far from San Lorenzo. Very nice and helpful hotel staff!

Bed squeaking a bit, many mosquitos (so you'd better keep the window closed and use the air conditioner). The rest is ok!

Location is great, 5 minutes walk from Sta.M Novella train station. Nice room. Quiet ambient. Mateo, the Manager, is a nice guy, very helpfull and makes you feel at home. This is a special b&B. It is more like if you have rented a small appartament, therefore, the reception was present at certain times.

The elevator was really small.

Moc mily a ochotny pan domaci. Krasny pokoj, velmi blizko do centra mesta. Prijemne snidane.

Mozna by se dala zminit lehce nestabilni a vrzajici postel a ponekud drahe parkovani v prilehle garazi. (My meli jsme stesti,byli jsme ve Florencii v nedeli a to slo parkovat zadarmo na ulici.)

Service aussi bien sinon mieux que des hôtels étoilés. Chambre supérieure à ma réservation ; conseils et disponibilité du personnel.

Posizione, pulizia e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Si sentono bene i rumori delle stanze vicine.

E' situato in ottima posizione vicino la stazione e il centro storico e poi e' molto confortevole.

Las habitaciones y la amabilidad

La struttura è molto piacevole in generale; la saletta colazioni è luminosa anche nei giorni di pioggia. Le camere arredate semplicemente ma con gusto. Ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio per tutto il giorno del mio check-out

L'hanno già detto altri, ma devo ripetermi: la mancanza del Bidet è quasi inaccettabile... Anche se probabilmente in altre camere c'è. Nella mia camera, la 2, il letto è cigolante al minimo movimento e il materasso abbastanza scomodo (è di quelli morbidi): suggerisco di cambiarlo

la vicinanza con il polo fieristico è impagabile

Я очень долго выбирала отель во Флоренции, изучила много отзывов, и не разочаровалась в выборе. Перед приездом я отправила письмо в отель, чтобы уточнить как добраться. Маттео прислал мне понятные инструкции, поэтому с этим проблем не возникло. Номер был довольно скромный, но приятный, светлый, с зеркалом, удобным шкафом. Чисто, в ванной были шампунь и мыло, шапочка для душа, хорошие чистые полотенца. Отдельно на столе лежал фен. Ночью включалось отопление, поэтому утром было в номере тепло. Никакого шума под окнами, и никакого запаха сырости или чего-то подобного. От вокзала идти 5 минут. Завтрак считаю вполне хорошим по итальянским меркам: круассан, хлопья, йогурты, тосты, джемы, сыр плавленный и твердый, свежие фрукты (апельсины, яблоки, киви, груши), сок из пакета, кофе можно приготовить самим, или заварить чай из пакетика. В день отъезда я смогла оставить свой чемодан в другом пустом номере, от которого Маттео дал мне ключи.

Кровать сильно скрипела при малейших телодвижениях. Кофе из кофе машины я попробовала и пить не стала. Лифт действительно маленький, и на лестнице темно, но проблем с этим никаких не было.

Posizione strategica vicina al centro città. Prezzo interessante. Staff disponibile, con possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out. Pulizia della Camera

Me ha encantado la cercanía a la estación de tren. Mateo muy agradable y solidario, se esforzaba por ayudarnos en cualquier momento que hiciera falta.

酒店有点难找，没有明显标示，花了一番功夫才找到。一进去会被上世纪的电梯吓倒，至多容纳2各人。 酒店位于3楼，房间不多，但很干净，且带有一点古色古香的味道。房间程设不多，基本设备都有。床特别软，很- 舒服！ 值得说的是前台的帅哥很热情，提供的早餐服务也不错！

Der winzige, enge Aufzug, aber wenigstens musste man die Koffer nicht in den 3. Stock tragen!

La scala comune del palazzo Potrebbe essere piu curato....

El gestor del hotel es amable pero no habla español. Aunque nos gestionó las entradas de los museos, esperaba más ayuda. La habitación era bonita, moderna, con muebles de Ikea. Y el baño muy bien también. La ubicación bien, muy cerca de la estación de la estación de tren, y cerca del centro aunque hay que andar unos 15 minutos para llegar al Duomo.

El portal es horrible, con un ascensor chiquitito, y muy sucio (menos mal que el hotel es bonito). El desayuno escaso y con un café de máquina que no estaba bueno. No cambian las sábanas, sí las toallas, y no limpian el polvo mientras estás allí salvo el baño.

Muy bien situado al lado de la Estacion y en una de las calles principales con infinidad de restaurantes y a 10 minutos andando del David de Miguel Angel. Matteo el dueño, muy servicial y atento. El desayuno correcto. Por fuera engaña y parece un B&B de bajo coste pero por dentro es como un Hotel casero con Wifi y la cocina siempre disponible. El precio para ser Florencia, correcto.

干净，洗澡水非常大，早餐吃的好，离火车站步行10分钟不到。工作人员Matthew很热情，也很帅呵呵，- 一到就马上告诉我们如何去景点，而且还帮助打电话给美术馆预约让我们最后一天走的时候不用排队就去美术馆参- 观，态度非常的好！早餐的面包每天都不一样，还有火腿肉，水果，随便拿。超级满意！

没有任何不满，是此次意大利之行住的最舒服的地方。
