Rude staff incredibly dirty room wifi was poor and expensive breakfast was awful - just a few dried out packaged croissants Very expensive rates for such terrible service all these points were brought up with staff but they were unhelpful. Ended up leaving after one night
The hotel was near to the centre of Milano and you could go and by foot in about 20 minutes.
I found the breakfast poor.
Was noisy in the mornings - the doors are very thin, so you can hear everyone in the halls.
Friendly staff. Good bathroom. Very close to metro station and had some excellent restaurants nearby.
The room was cold in May at nights, no heating and no proper insulation.
The room was clean. The area is safe and close to Porta Romana. The hotel is fine.
The breakfast was really ridiculous. I sent a mail before my stay to inform the hotel I am gluten intolerant and asked to have anything but something without gluten. I reminded this to the front desk when I arrived. In the morning there was only bread, not anything else. Bit disappointing.
The room has a balcony allowing me to smoke easily. The hotel is in the eighth floor allowing for a nice view.
Good location, next to metro station and main bus routes. Everything you need for short city @ sightseeing stay is provided by the hotel. Staff is supportive. Rooms are decent and clean.
Quite noisy, so don't forget to close room balcony and windows:)
Even though a room sharing bathroom, it’s sharing toilet only and a shower facility was available in the room. Convenient since 2 car parkings are available within 3 minutes walk, but the price were not so cheap (€25 & €20). Quite close to the metro station, too. Hotel is in 6th floor and the morning view was excellent.
