The position of the hotel was great The breakfast was horrible and should not count as breakfast, it consisted of dry cookies and marmalade, no fresh bread, no juice, nothing freshly prepared, just dry stuff. |

Affordable price.Location is quite good.They REALLY do have a free Wi-Fi (unlike many hotels that advertise they have it but when you arrive they either charge you for that or do not have it at all).For me,going on business, the I-net is vital. Breakfast was actually for a cost of 5 Euro! Not included as that was on my booking sheet. Rooms are not cleaned properly. In 2 weeks of my stay in Arcohotel my bed linen was changed just once and only after I have asked for it!!! Unacceptable! |

There is no space in this hotel for meals! Recpetion and kitchen are the same thing! Not just in the same room. Suspicious people inside hotel. In addition, the superior double room with the continental breakfast that we had, was just next to the reception! Too much noise all through night! General impression: Not professional, dirty, ugly. |

Leaving! The staff has no idea of english, is very rude and screams at you, there are suspicious people around and suspicious activities going on. Its not clean and its I don´t recomend it at all. |

the hot and cold water in the shower,the cleanliness,very near the church and the bus/tram rides,grocery and restos nearby,the staff were very helpful and polite. only one of the staff speak minimal English,no airport shuttle,there's no elevator so i have to carry my luggages 2 flights up the stairwell,i left my cellphone behind and no contact was made regarding it.i had to pay in cash as i was told later upon check out that my credit card will only be used for reservation not for payment. |

La habitación estaba bastante limpio. Una de las personas del hotel por la noche era muy simpatico aunque parecia que estaba en rehab.The room was pretty clean and big. Where to start? No English spoken. Suspicious people inside hotel. Very very noisy. It smells- huele mal.We couldn´t pay with our credit card as he said it wasn´t working (yeah right). It might have been close to Milan´s centre but we wouldn´t know as they don´t even have a map to give you, and we had to wander for kms to find the centre. |

Unica cosa il prezzo. Camere stile Bed And BreakFast, Servizio Wireless a pagamento (e non gratis come da descrizione), Personale e proprietari altamente scortesi e maleducati. Urlavano dalle 7 del mattino e ti chiamano ogni 10 minuti (dalle 10 del mattino) per liberare la camera. Camere rumorose e colazione scadente (non continentale come descritto). Un albergo da non prenotare mai più! |
