Il n'y a pas vraiment de bar, c un prolongement de l Acceuil à l'entree

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et à l'écoute. Un parking privé en sous sol à la disposition de la clientèle. L'hotel se trouve près de l'autoroute sans pour cela être gêner par les nuisances sonores. L'hotel se situe dans la verdure, ce qui est agréable lors ce qu'on rentre du centre de Rome.

Dans les chambres : pas de couette à notre disposition. Ils préfèrent mettre le chauffage à 38°! Les matelas sont durs. Le restaurant : la nourriture n'est certes pas chère mais elle n'est pas très bonne... Dommage. Le bar : il se trouve à côté de l'accueil... Pas vraiment de barman. Le bar est minuscule et pas très bien approvisionné. La piscine et la terrasse: piscine très jolie mais la terrasse et la piscine ne sont pas mises en avant. C'est un peu tristouné....

Un peu loin du centre, mais accessible par un trajet trés agréable. La taxe qu'on rajoute en fin de séjour plutot rabat-joie.

I like the view of the hotel environment.

There was bad working of WiFi internet (bad covering) in my room, Insufficient breakfast in comparison to other similar rated hotels, there was a shuttle bus only for bus station 702 and ciampino airport (there was not a shuttle bus for metro), bad location for persons going to the hotel with public transportation,

Staf or hotelf policy. They been asking me each time for money...like I was running from the hotel.... I felt like an outlaw...

the design of the hotel

The poor breakfast ,the poor wifi signal to the room,the bathroom design (because the whole bathroom became a shower area)

The room was big and comfortable. Having Mediaset Premium available free is a nice touch. The hotel staff are professional.

The pool is not free-of-charge to guests. They hide an extra charge at the time of booking, so you pay more than the booking price. There's nothing around the hotel, its in the middle of an industrial site more-or-less.

I was influenced in picking this hotel because it stated that there is a free courtesy shuttle bus between Ciampino airport and the hotel (no exceptions or timeframes indicated). My daughter emailed the hotel to notify them of the approximate time we would be arriving at the airport and also for them to advise as to where we would be able to locate the courtesy bus at the airport. She never received a response to her email. Upon arrival at the airport at approx. 1pm, having been unable to see the bus, my daughter phoned the hotel asking where we could get the bus. She was told that the bus was not in operation until after 6pm as there was no driver and that we would have to make our own arrangements. My daughter informed the hotel that we were unable to locate a taxi, but was told that it was not his job to drive the bus and we had to make our own arrangements. After waiting a considerable period for a taxi to show up, I had to pay €30 for a taxi to take us to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I explained my disappointment to the man at the reception desk in respect of the lack of a courtesy bus despite it being advertised on the website. His response was, 'I have told your daughter five times, that it is not available and nothing I can do about it'!! I repeated my dissatisfaction to a further 3 receptionists/managers throughout my stay, however, none were interested in addressing my concerns nor compensating me for my additional costs (€30). Indeed, they chose to produce literature from 'behind the desk' outlining stipulations with regards to the time scheduling of the shuttle bus, however, as I pointed out to them none of this material was referred to or shown on the website. This in my opinion represents a breach of contract on their behalf. I believe both the hotel and booking.

We had a large Junior suite room which was nice and spacious with a balcony. Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast a bit limited but then that's Europe.

Poor location, nothing at all in walking distance.

It was a comfortable and very good value room for the three of us. The air conditioning was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great.

The restaurant and bar seemed expensive and there are no other places to eat or drink within walking distance.

We stayed for four nigths. Very nice hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff explained how to get to the center and gave a map. 12 km far away from last Metro Station (line a). There was a large free parking near the metro. It was very easy to get by car. The hotel is very good for its price for those who has got a car, because there isn't other way to reach bus (too far away by foot). Clean, comfortable and big room with all equipment (fridge, tv, a bath). Free parking in front of the hotel and there is free garage but we didn't use it. Normal breakfast for Italy (ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, good cakes).

Very good value for money. Best if arriving by car.

We stayed for 1 night only, however found that hotel superb in every aspect. Also, wanted to say here about help I got from one of the reception staff with printing off our flight boarding cards from their laptop, as the cards were printing incorrectly through the computer desk beside reception. Thank you again, sir.

Great rooms, comfortable, contemporary design, everything was excellent!

You have to pay for the pool entrance

the staff was friendly, the room was clean and large, came with a stocked fridge. the bathroom was large with a bathtub. the breakfast was good, cheese, ham and boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, breads, and cakes. also ate dinner there one evening and it was very good also.has a secure car park in the basement.

on the outskirts of rome, took car to train station, and went to rome by subway. so it's a little out of the way. you have to pay 5 euros to swim in the pool. but it did look really good.

The location was convenient for a trip out of Ciampiano airport. We traveled in a group of 3 and the room had 3 beds, and not just 2 beds and a couch. It was very clean and pleasant, with nice hotel staff, all at an excellent price.

Ruhige Lage

Frühstück sehr einfach,schwabbelige Brötchen nur eine Sorte Käse und Schinken. Kuchen zum Frühstückwar nicht so unser Ding.

Siamo clienti, é la terza volta che soggiorniamo presso questo hotel e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Questa volta ho avuto problemi per via della mia auto, in panne proprio durante il weel end, quando la Volvo auto é chiusa. Il ragazzo responsabile della navetta dell'hotel, mi é stato di grande aiuto per far ripartire l'auto, ed il receptionist ha avuto la cortesia di aiutarci in questo fastidioso inconveniente.

Unica cosa che manca all'hotel é qualche verdura per il brakfast, tipo pomodorini o zucchine. La morosa é allergica ai latticini e, se non ci sono verdure, é costretta a mangiare solo carne, poi diventa cattiva!!!

La stanza ampia e confortevole, lo staff molto gentile, tant'è che non hanno fatto storie nè all'orario di entrata nè in uscita anche se fuori da quello consentito.Fantastica, buonissima e ampia la colazione in camera!!!

purtroppo sono amante della natura e dalle foto sembrava che il verde che lo circondava fosse migliore...ma essendo in città ero io che pretendevo troppo!!!!

יש ביבול בהוראות ההגעה וכתוב לצאת ביציאה לא נכונה של האוטוסטרד! הגענו בשעה מאוחרת לא היו מים חמים במקלחת!. לא היו שמיכות!
