the hotel is only five minutes from the centre of Sirmione. the swimming pool on top of the roof is nice and offers a good view over the Garda lake. Staff is generally friendly. The bar is open even during night: the quality of this service is indeed excellent. Even though dogs are admitted, they are confined to the room and cannot access the breakfast area, not even in the garden. However, not all staff agree on the application of this rule and this makes the situation a bit confusing. For example, the dog - a pug - was usually admitted to the reception desk, but rejected in a few cases. |

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean. Good location. I wish they had a restaraunt. |

thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! the bikes for loan were very handy as my husband and i used them to see all of sirmione..3km from the main centre...beautiful place!! hotel staff always there 24hrs and love to help..they also spoke pretty good english.. our bed was 2 single beds put together to make one!! pretty uncomfortable and hard but otherwise enjoyed our stay!! |

the underground parking was very convenient, and the top floor swimming pool looked nice although weather was to cold for us to actually have a swim i felt a bit misled by the photo`s as there are no real views of the lake as it is on the wrong side of a fairly busy road and next to shops and a supermarket giving the area a very commercial feel. |

Rich breakfast.Many parking spaces.LCD Screen.Kind staff.You can make coffee or tea in your room. No air conditioning after September-It was fairly hot when we came (middle of October).Don't take a western balcony because there isn't a window and everything becomes hot.Bad toilet paper.Our shower was leaking.The acoustics is bad - everytime other guest in other room goes to the shower/bathroom we could hear him as though it was inside our room.Really annoying. |

On site parking, they accept pets (although only in a few rooms on the ground floor) easy to find. Pet friendly room had a patio door to grass area but you could not vent it, so if its a hot day you would have to have the door open and this could create a security problem..... |

Good breakfast selection, good decor and helpful staff. Good views of Lake Garda and only a short walk to the waters edge. Convenient for Sirimone. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. |

The hotel was spotless room was immaculate and hotel staff were very polite and efficient. Any request made was answered. Pool was good but a bit small. In general a very nice hotel. Pictures that advertised the hotel were not completly accurate, the lake view advertised displayed a considerable part of the lake. This is not quite right as there would appear to be buildings in the way in real life, also hotel 25min walk from Sirmione. Breakfast was quite basic, well presented and good quality but there could be more coice of breakfast, with more of a choice of hot foods |

Use of free bicycles was good, but very uncomfortable saddles!! Rooms were comfortable and good standard. swimming pool at roof level was small and became overcrowded. Pictures of the hotel gave a different impression. |
