Hotel Arena  

+ Location + Breakfast was good!

- The room had a very old and unsafe lock and door. I would not leave anything important in that room. - The bathroom was part of the room and smelled mouldy. - It was loud in the hallways.

people is really nice, big room, very clear.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner just purchased the property the month before and has renovations planned for the Fall, which it could use. The wi-fi was only available in the lobby, but it was fast. Breakfast was good enough, with juice, coffee, yogurt and cereals, sweet rolls, etc... The location was excellent for access to the central historic area. Our room was quiet and had nice large windows. This is a basic budget hotel and we appreciated the patience and helpfulness of the staff/owner.

I preface these comments with the fact that the new owner just purchased the property and has scheduled renovations coming up. The hotel is somewhat dated, but not unpleasant. Our room had twin beds, but one of the beds had no reading light at the nightstand, and the other nightstand light was so low, that it wasn't useful for reading in bed. The mattresses felt springy and a bit lumpy, but not as uncomfortable as we first thought. We really liked the new owners, and look forward to his upgrades. It was overall a pleasant experience and the location is fantastic, right next to the castle.

Good location, but Verona is not a big city, you could say that about many hotels in Verona. The room was big enough and clean. The staff at morning was good, but the one at night was annoying

The WiFi is available only on a public area, ok, I had been noticed, but it was poor, disconnected every few minutes!

Location is good - the staition and the city center are within 5-10 minute walk, the room is clean, the bathroom is big, free wi-fi zone

The smell of food is terrible all around the place, but fortunately not in the room

Very good location to see Arena Opera. To find hotel is difficult because it locate behind the front building and have to go inner space through the arch.

The shower didn't work, the room was spacious but very poorly furnished and decorated. Leave a poor impression even if the staff tried to be nice.

The hotel is in a court yard, so it is enough silently. Exellent location, very close to Arena and city center. Big and clean room. Helpful staff.

Difficulties with a parking.

it was just next door from castell vecchio

Estuvimos en una habitación triple con baño compartido con otra habitación. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño era viejito pero estaba muy bien. Había toallas. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, leche, café, infusiones, cereales, jamón y queso, bollos y tostadas. Se nota que es un hotel con su tiempo pero esta muy bien pintado y no da esa sensación. Buena estancia

Por la noche se oía roncar al vecino pero Verona tiene tantas cosas que hacer que no fue una gran molestia, estábamos destrozados.

Todo muy bien solo si se me hizo caro para lo que te ofrecen pero pues no tenia muchas opciones, el desayuno que te ofrecen es muy bueno

очень хорошее расположение. персонал просто прекрасный. очень приятные сотрудники. месторасположение рядом с кастельвеккио. рядом автобусные остановки, удобно добираться от жд вокзала.

вместо кондиционера потолочный вентилятор. при этом вентиляции от него никакой, зато шуму много, спать невозможно. поэтому летом лучше выбрать отель с кондиционером.
