No lift and given 4 th floor room despite booking 6 months ago

-Welcoming staff -Comfortable room

Location was sensational. Bus stop nearby, shopping and wonderful open air market were walking distance. Easy to get taxis. Near major sites of antiquity.

At breakfast one morning, the server actually asked us to hurry up and leave because a couple was waiting for a table and he was too lazy to clean an empty one. Not good!

I like Hotel Arenula because of its staffs and the location is good. The rooms are big, the room style is somewhat old but it is clean. The sheets, towels, etc. are clean and it smells good. They also provide breakfast.

What I didn't like is that it has no elevator and we stayed on the 4th floor! Luckily we have 2 guys with us who carried our luggages. Otherwise, it would really be hard if you have big luggages and you're not fit to carry it up to 4 floors. I hope they can provide a remedy for that. Other than that, I'm fine to stay again at this hotel in the future.

Nice location in the center of Rome .You have to go this Hotel if you want best location and cheap hotel .clean and friendly . have a good breakfast more then other eurpore hotel.I like and want to go if I wıll go again rome .

The staff is kind and reliable. Nice and clean rooms. Cosy hotel in the center of Rome. The price was good.

The breakfast is organized in different rounds for which is mandatory to book the day before. The last round ends at 9:30 am. At least for new year's day it would have been better to make an extra round ending at 11 am. Nevertheless,this fact is clearly and honestly stated in the hotel and in the room.

Good location. The hotel is near to the city center and many tourist places. Very helpfull staff. Good room cleaning.

Street noize, low water pressure in shower, Italian electrical outlets in room. Breakfast was poor and there are no many tables for breakfast. So it was necessary to reserve the table every day.

The room did not have the no disturb Sign that I could hang on my door, so that the cleaners would not knock all the time. Sometime I was staying in my room late morning and they kept knocking or entering. Hotel needs to have this sign!!!

Hotel is very good itself, but no subway stations or tourist bus point nearby - you should spend at least 15 minutes to get to nearest one (pl Venezia). So if your main aim is exploring a city of Rome in a few days, maybe you should consider another location.

Extremely uncomfortable bed

The location close to The Tiber and Pantheon made it a good place for sightseeing.

The hotel does not have a lift and room at 4. floor means climbing 120 stairs each time you enter your room.They did offer help to carry suitcase.

Arenula was perfect for us. Our room was very clean with 3 single beds as requested. The Rome weather was extremely hot during our stay and the great Airconditioning at Arenula was a relief for a good nights sleep. The staff at reception were very helpful. Reception also had free internet and a cold drinks machine. The position of the hotel is conveniently close to Campo di Fiori and an easy walk to all other major points of interest in the Centro Storico. Excellent value for money. We will return.

The shower pressure wasn't very good and there's no lift. However the stairs are fairly easy.
