A Point Arezzo Park Hotel    

Barman was kind enough to fix us a little dinner plate after the kitchen was closed. The bed.

The place looks and feels like a futuristic train station from the planet of Get me out of here. Some parts of the hotel look like an hospital. The corridors leading to the rooms are dark and spooky, lit by faint blue lights, you feel like you are about to be abducted. The breakfast room was freezing cold, everyone in the room was quiet and very uncomfortable because of the room setup and echo. The Spa is okayish, but the "swimming pool" is actually more like a little puddle and the ceramics are all broken. Throughout the hotel most of the lights are broken or missing, going in to the public toilet of the lobby is an experience, finding the toilets in the mirrored room is impossible and the broken light flashing like a stobe light makes it a freaky experience. When the room door was "locked", if you pushed it, it would open. Not one staff person spoke English. I guess the definition of design is in the eye of the beholder - but that was some weird design!

The style of hotel was good. Breakfast was good.

The adress of the hotel was for our garmin too much so we lost apx 1h, luckily it was a day so we finaly so it. It is right accross the entrance gates to the highway. The hotel have futuristic design, practically everything is white, super confortable rooms, extra clean and new. Breakfast is not so good, specially when it is crowded with guests so they fail to amend. Service should be improved, both in restaurant and reception. Location of the hotel is convenient for Arezzo visit, but also for places near highway to Firenza (for best shoopping area like the mall, the space, etc)

The hotel was easy to get too as we were there for a horse competition. The dinners were nice.

Firstly I had booked two rooms, the second room was for my daughters riding instructer it was double booked so he had to sleep in a matenence room. Secondly, my 3yr old daughter was sick with bronchitis and running a fever. I asked the reception to make sure that the room temp was at no less than 25 degrees but it always ended up under 19 degrees. Now she is really sick.

Good clean hotel. Very modern and stylish. Has gym and pool but unfortunately the pool was out of service.

Tutto fumo e niente arrosto, il ristorante da sconsigliare

albergo di nuova costruzione in stile moderno molto particolare.confortevole e pulito.

Stanza confortevole e pulita. Colazione ottima. Personale educato e gentile.

La posizione è strategica in quando vicino al casello autostradale, le camere sono tutte di design con letti comodissimi e bagni puliti.

Lo staff non é all altezza per la qualità dell hotel, poco gentile e non di aiuto. Inoltre dicono di fare delle convenzioni particolari per I clienti fidelity o business e il prezzo é sempre alto di booking!!

La struttura in generale, ci siamo tornati tre volte in meno di un anno. Comoda posizione

Non e' la prima volta che soggiorno all' A point e adesso che il parcheggio e' illuminato direi che e' tutto perfetto economico pulito bel design buona posizione per Arezzo e dintorni consigliabile

Non ci sono armadi ne cassetti in stanza. Forse a causa dei molti clienti servizio a colazione andato in tilt

Heel proper alle dagen verse lakens. Goed bed.

Hotel de diseño, con un pequeño spa ( sauna y piscina pequeña),así como pequeño gimnasio. Habitación muy espaciosa y nueva.

Hay que ir a arezzo en coche, no está en la ciudad, y es un poco complicado de encontrar ( está a la salida de la autopista). No obstante, sí lo recomiendo.

Hotel molto comodo (proprio fuori dal casello autostradale) e confortevole; design e atmosfera accattivanti; camere spaziose e silenziosissime; personale gentile e disponibile.

Colazione sicuramente migliorabile; Spa...poverella

Pulizia e ordine

Il personale della Reception dovrebbe accompagnare alla camera preposta almeno la prima volta le persone appena arrivate !!

La pulizia della struttura in generale e della camera in particolare. La spaziosità della camera e l'ampiezza del letto.

L'assenza di un armadio in camera. Il tiraggio forzato del bagno che ha un funzionamento incomprensibile. La colazione nè ricca nè povera e la spa che è veramente piccola ci si può andare a non più di 2 persone alla volta.

Stanza confortevole e pulita. Cibo molto buono. Personale di sala educato e gentile.

L'impatto ....freddo della hall.

Hotel di design appena fuori dall'autostrada. Ottimo materasso e buona insonorizzazione delle camere

Niente di particolare. Solo qualche specchio di troppo.

Struttura nuova e di design, minimal ma molto funzionale. Ottima la piscina e comunque i servizi. Per choi non ha necessità di stare in città e ideale proprio all'uscita autostradale di Arezzo.
