I thought this hotel was a little jaded but good value - approx 500-600 metres from Railway station - just walk up main street and turn left before entering 'old town'. I understand it may be closed in 2010 for refurbishment and upgrading to 4 star which I assume will result in an upping of prices. The breakfast was good and the Pizzeria opposite was very good value for dinner. There is a lot more to Ravenna than just the mosaics so spend some time walking around - the grafitti however is a major eyesore ! |

Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff.- but unable to fix the electricity/air conditioner problems that were constant the week I was there. Power failures usually twice daily. The air conditioning units failed often and when they did work very little cool air came out. During the summer heat the room was intolerably hot. The window opened onto a small elevator shaft sized space that let no light it and trapped the heat. This problem became so uncomfortable that I changed hotels. |

nice breakfast, plenty to choose from!!! the view from my window...i gueass my room was facing an inner courtyard of 1m2 surface but very high, so it was like you are inside a chimney. I was there for only 1 night so it didn't matter for me but someone staying longer could have problems with it becuase the room was thanks to it dark. |

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast was abundant, the room was extremely quiet, the price was fabulous. The shower did not drain properly. |

The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is very good, the hotel is very well placed. For a few nights it was very noisy, due to a lot of teenagers hosted on the same floor - sleeping was imposible. |

Good basic accommodation, good breakfast selection, with friendly staff. Good central location. Large school parties stayed at the hotel for four out of my six nights. They were very noisy at night - very difficult to sleep. Hotel management didn't do anything about this. An unpleasant experience. |

Great central location. Free internet access. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, but otherwise it exceeded our expectations admirably. The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Elegí el hotel por su situación. Las instalaciones son de hace 40 años, y además nos trasladaron, la primera noche, a otro fuera de Ravenna porque tenían overbooking. Insinuaban que habían querido contactarnos, cosa que era absolutamente falsa, y nos metieron en una especie de habitación de servicio, cuádruple, con el baño fuera de la habitación. Era indescriptible. Decidimos que nos nos quedabamos allí, y nos trasladaron a otro, que si correspondía a la categoría, pero que estaba fuera de Ravenna. Además nos trasladaron en taxi al día siguiente hasta la estación, a su cargo. Me dijeron que en noviembre cerraban el hotel para reformarlo. Si no es así, aconsejaría a booking retirarlo de sus ofertas, porque ciertamente no cumple nada. Salvo la situación, el hotel es un desastre. Una pensión en España tiene más categoría. El elegir *** en este caso era por su ubicación, y porque no necesito internet, ni salón de conferencias, ni restaurante, ni gimnasio. Pero este tres *** no merece, en absoluto, esa categoría. |

Boa localização. Não tem wireless. E a internet disponível podia ser usada apenas até 10:30. Parece uma coisa da idade da pedra. Não recomendo para ninguém que precisa se comunicar com parentes ou pessoas fora do país. |

Zentrale Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, sicherer (aber nicht bewachter) Pkw-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, sauberes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück Zimmer hellhörig, aber bei einer Übernachtung fällt dies nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht. |
