Neighbors made a lot of noise and nobody was there to tell them to stop. Cleaness not so good, old doors and windows need refurbished

Adding a washing machine would be a good option.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Good information about bus routes and time-tables to and from the city centre. Well situated, just outside the centre - about 30-40 minutes walk if you've missed the last bus.

breakfast could have been more varied, but at 5 euros, it's not really a complaint.

spacious family room split level breakfast was ok - coffee and breads good air-con units

being charged for parking - this should be free as everywhere around is permit being charged extra (€5pp) for breakfast is a fair way out of Florence, which is handy for the motorway, but not for the town itself. room could do with a real spring clean, there was a lot of dust around the windows and the banisters the shower was broken in our room

The bedroom was big and comfortable. The hotel offers a parking lot for 15 euros, but free parking for non residents can be found at via Leonardo Ximenes (4 minutes walk)

The wi-fi signal was too low on my bedroom, and was only working on a remote corner of it. Tiny bathroom and shower. The linen and towels are changed only every 4 days.

Easy to find, friendly staff provided us all necessary information. Parking for extra fee, but still fair in comparison with prices outside. Good commuting options to center of Firenze. Generally good point to visit town for reasonable cost.

AC running but dropping water, what disturbed us during night. There is a kitchen corner but without cooker, what degrade the value (maybe intentionaly).

Loved that we got a large room with our own bathroom and patio!

There were 5 of us and all worked very well. Anti mosquito device was good. The beds were comfortable. Overall I was glad that I used this apartment.

The connectivity of the WIFI, which largely failed. Oh also exiting the parking lot was difficult for our small car. We bottomed out, not good. A micro wave would have been useful in the room.

Nice location just a short bus ride from the center of Florence, in a cosy and very quiet street of villas. Very friendly and helpful staff, a big parking lot. Interesting loft room split into two floors - the children loved their beds upstairs.

Could have been cleaner (the refrigerator had not been emptied or cleaned after previous guests). The price is a bit high for a B&B type, but then that's Florence...

The location was close to many bus lines

    1) the hotel is not what you see on photos ( they are not real photos ) 2) They say there is internet connection while there is not and they it's the problem with your device 3) the beds are super unconfortable and noisy 4) if someone would be sleep nobody else could walk in the place because of the noises what he/she would make 5) absolutly weakness of bathroom stuff ( no soap , no shampoo , no body gel )

Nothing, when we were able to leave.

Bathroom smelled like sewage, lights in room where out for entire stay, bad had bar in the middle, broken bed, and any infestation. Worst stay ever, outside would have been better.

We liked the terrace and that the room was pretty big. If you have more than two people, the extra pullout couch is helpful. It's in a good area, very calm neighborhood. Just a short walk to public transportation that takes you right to the center of Florence.

This place smelled absolutely horrible. It was the most awful thing to come back from a long day and have the room smell like sewer. We tried tried opening the windows, opening the door, airing out the bathroom, leaving the AC on. Nothing worked. The smell was coming from the bathroom (sewer and humidity). The room we had was room 206, so to top it off we were right next to the kitchen, so we got woken up by whomever was in there preparing "breakfast". €10 for toast and pastries.

The beds were so uncomfortable.Washroom was not good (actually a contrast to the picture). The room n washroom was not cleaned once during our 3 nights stay (only the bin was emptied).Really disappointing.

Nice, clean place in a quiet, suburban part of the city, cca. 45 minutes from the centre by foot.

    The fridge was bit noisy.

We arrived late (around 11pm) and to make matters worse we only booked the apartment about 20 mins before that from my phone. But we were still taken care of by the manager Claudia who was excellent. This apartment also has parking which was great. We only wish we had more time here.

    Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the old city of Verona, the staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. The building is very nice and has a lot of outside places to sit and enjoy the weather.

An extra pillow in the room would have been better and the water in the shower should run better.

Nice surrounding. OK for short stay.

We had a room with a kitchenette, but it was not equipped with any cooker - I find it to be a must when paying for the kitchenette. It was available only at a horrible price 15€ per day and there was no information about this before. The room was dark.
