If you like bed springs in your hips all night and a hard uncomfortable bed then this place is for you. On our arrival we were immediately requested to sign a contract to say we will stayfor the nights books with out seeing or staying in the room. Bathroom is tiny and poorly serviced. Beds were hard and springy. They say they are a Band B but breakfast was extra

Good location Sqeeky beds, showers were nasty and super small, breakfast was lousy, and the advetisment states coffee pot in the room, no coffee pot and they covered the stove tops with glued down wood so you can not make coffee. This forces you to spend $5 on their twinkie wrapped breakfast for the coffee. Suggest as we did you go to the main street make a right, walk down hill maybe 1000 yards and right on the lft corner is a great little bakery, fresh foods and great coffee!

i cannot say that our experience was partocularly good. The location is ok I think and there is a bus you can use to go to city center. Apart from that the room was not so clean and the 3d day which they were suposed to change linens they did not . Also they could not find our reservation , when we arrived.The balcony of our room was not clean and we had to clean it.the room was not so quiet especially in work days there was alot of noise, sinse the hotel is close to the road. On the whole very basic service and not worth the money paid

Cordialità, disponibilità e cortesia del personale.appartamento pulito, quiete del luogo. Facilità di accesso ai servizi pubblici, se non si vuole usare l'automobile per raggiungere il centro.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facilmente raggiungibile e con possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze senza incorrere nei salatissimi pedaggi e multe fiorentine!!! La wi-fi non funzionava, era abbastanza obsoleta. Il personale di reception è stato cordiale e disponibile ma non sempre presente. Per il prezzo richiesto, in ogni caso, I servizi erano più che soddisfacenti!

Grote kamer. Goed bereikbaar per auto. Bushalte naar de stad in de nabijheid. Parkeren kost 15 euro extra per dag. Het ontbijt moet apart betaald worden, dat voor een b en b!! Prijs voor een kamer is aan de hoge kant, zeker als bovenstaande er nog bij komt.

Os funcionários são excelentes, tem garagem interna, os quartos são bons e não fica longe do centro histórico. óTimo para quem quer se hospedar em Florença mas pretende conhecer a Toscana durante o dia.

Rapport qualité/prix déplorable vis-à-vis de l'offre hotelière de Florence, n'y allez que si vous n'avez pas le moindre autre choix disponible. La décoration est on ne peut plus basique. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité, le petit déjeuner est le pire que je n'ai jamais mangé toute chambre d'hôte confondue, le parking est hors-de-prix bien que situé dans la chambre d'hôte (15 Euros par nuit, dans un quartier périphérique de la ville). Wifi disponible mais aucun code ne vous est donné. Le personnel est amical, pas la propriétaire.

η τοποθεσία ήτανε πολύ καλή, δίπλα στο κέντρο, δεν διέθετε δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, αλλά έβρισκες εύκολα έξω απο το ξενοδοχείο. η καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν κάτω του μετρίου, το πρωινό χρεώτανε εξτρά και ήτανε της πλάκας. οπως επισης το κόστος του πάρκινγκ ήτανε πολύ υψηλό. δεν διέθετε ασανσέρ, οπότε αναγκαστικαμε να κουβαλήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας στον δεύτερο όροφο. οι πρίζες ήταν ιταλικού τύπου, όμως το πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά του ξενοδοχείου ήτανε ελληνικού, με αποτέλεσμα επρεπε να αγοράσεις αντάπτορα.

Goedgelegen locatie, rustig, stad goed bereikbaar. Prachtig dakterras Met een grote auto is het parkeren een drama. Iemand heeft mijn auto geraakt, personeel zou nog een mail sturen voor de verzekering, maar heeft dat uiteraard niet gedaan.

Apartamentos equipados con cocina, nevera y aire acondicionado. Cerca del la zona antigua de Florencia (5 minutos en bus con parada al lado del hotel) pero en zona tranquila. Personal muy amable. Puedes aparcar el coche en la puerta del apartamento lo que da tranquilidad. Equipacion de la cocina muy justa, faltaria un microondas. Seria necesario algo mas de mantenimiento, algunos grifos estaban sueltos. Y finalmente el coste del parking 15 euros dias es un poco elevado
