It's not far from downtown you can walk there if you like walking. The bedroom and the included bathroom are big and warm.

The matress in our room was way too soft and left us with backache.

i cannot say that our experience was partocularly good. The location is ok I think and there is a bus you can use to go to city center. Apart from that the room was not so clean and the 3d day which they were suposed to change linens they did not . Also they could not find our reservation , when we arrived.The balcony of our room was not clean and we had to clean it.the room was not so quiet especially in work days there was alot of noise, sinse the hotel is close to the road. On the whole very basic service and not worth the money paid

Nero was very helpful and friendly.

Very large equiped appartments. Nice and helpful staff.

35 minutes walking distance from Offices museum, but we knew it. Cooking was not operational.

- At the check out, the womam was very nice and doesnt charged for the breakfast that was 4eur/person

- We dont recomend that you arrive after the check in (9pm), because there is nobody at reception and you have to call a number and they dont answer... And have to discover and interpretate a very strange map to know how to get in at the room.. But it is nice if you like adventure...

Hotel ben posizionato rispetto alla città, in 10 minuti si è in centro con l'autobus. Camere carine e pulite. Wi fi gratuito, staff cortese. Ottima scelta.

Bed & br. Posizionato a ca. 1/2 km di distanza da Palazzo Pitti. Ottimamente collegato al centro da autobus (2 fermate a poca distanza con 3 linee di autobus che passano e che portano in centro/stazione centrale). Ho soggiornato in un appartamento per 4 persone spazioso e pulito. Per la tariffa ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre alla reception I ragazzi sono cortesi (come segnalato la reception chiude alle 21.00). La colazione non è da grand hotel ma neppure la tariffa! Lo cosiglierei per un soggiorno di visita alla città.

el loft estaba decorado con gusto y era agradable, la cama de abajo de matrimonio era muy comoda, arriba tenia un sofa cama doble abierto como cama (colchon fino) y una cama de 80 con colchon bueno pero un poco duro, el aire acondicionado calefaccion es bueno (doble).

en la propaganda dice estar a 900 metros de la zona peatonal, esto induce a error, en realidad se encuentra a 10-15 minutos en autobus del centro de florencia, eso si pasan 2 autobuses cerca del hotel.nosotros eramos 4 en un loft, no podiamos ducharnos los 4 seguidos, se acababa el agua caliente, teniamos que hacerlo 2 por la noche y 2 por la mañana.Tiene pocos utensilios de cocina, pero no importa porque comer en Florencia es mas barato que hacer la compra y el desayuno en el hotel esta incluido en el precio y no está mal.

La camera è spartana, nel bagno il radiatore era spento e l'unico sistema di riscaldamento è l'impianto split nella camera, insufficiente per camera, bagno ed ingresso . La colazione offre pochi prodotti e di modesta qualità

Ordinato e pulito.

Il condizionatore non riusciva a riscaldare l'ambiente.

Rapporto Qualita/Prezzo nelle festività

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facilmente raggiungibile e con possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze senza incorrere nei salatissimi pedaggi e multe fiorentine!!!

La wi-fi non funzionava, era abbastanza obsoleta. Il personale di reception è stato cordiale e disponibile ma non sempre presente. Per il prezzo richiesto, in ogni caso, I servizi erano più che soddisfacenti!

Mi aspettavo una camera, ho trovato un appartamento!!!
