フィレンツェ市内へはバス１１、３６，３７番で乗り換えなしでいけます。部屋も広く、朝食も充実しています- 。敷地内に駐車場もあります。

４泊したのですが、２日目に帰ってきてビックリ。ベッドメーキングもされていないし、ゴミもそのまま、バス- タオルも交換していません。スタッフに言ったらその時は新しいバスタオルをくれました。３日目はバスタオル- は交換されていましたが、ゴミはそのまま。４日目には何と交換してもらうためにバスタブ内に入れておいたタ- オルが部屋に干されていました。生乾きのタオルを使わせる気だったのでしょうか?清潔好きな人にはあまりお薦めできません。We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Hotel didn't change bath towels every day even I complained. I don't recommend you to stay in this hotel, if you like cleanliness.

the location was excellent, close to centre and all main roads to other towns. Spacious room, good breakfast, clean towels

Room could do with some hooks to hang towels and coats etc. Could also do with a fridge and comfy pillows.

Good service, breakfast was quite extensive not just the usual italian coffee and croissant

When checking in there was nobody about, had to phone a number after standing outside for over 40 mins ringing a bell that nobody answers....dnt even think its connected!!!

The hotel is located in very nice part of the city, easily accessable to the center (10 min by bus, 3 bus lines). Rooms were clean and comfortable Hotel posesses beautiful calm terace on which you can enjoy in the evening. Personel is nice.

Generally, everything was nice.

We could park our car for free at the hotel. The bus to the city centre stopped round the corner (and went every 20 minutes, not 10 as they said at the hotel). The room was large.

The staff could not speak English well although they were friendly. They only made the bed and did not tidy the room (empty the bins with a dirty nappy e.g.) The breakfast was extremely poor, the only fresh item there was a yoghurt, everything was long-life (baguettes, muffins), no fruit, terrible juice and the worst coffee ever. We could not even drink it. It was a waste of time frankly. Lots of mosquitoes in the roon.

I picked this hotel because we needed to have a point of break on our journey from Mediterranian Sea back home and my wife wanted to see Firenze. Location is very good, in a quiet environment. The interior is clean, beautiful and cozy. Both staff members whom we met were very willing and helpful. The hotel was nothing short of the pictures on internet dated in 2006, everything looked new and clean. Parking is a great plus - there is no other chance to park a car in the city, lest to park it safe. Premises are spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the air condition we could sleep very well even though weather was quite hot. Our appartment had a small kitchen, although we did not use it. If I were to stay longer, I would again choose this hotel. We noticed several rooms with direct access from the parking level and some guests on wheelchairs.

Some other guest wrote that the shower bath is quite small and I must confirm it. I have some overweight, so showering made me imagine how a astronaut would shower on a space ship :) But it was possible and the rest of the washroom is quite spacious, clean and well-equipped.

The B&B was pretty easy to find. Our room was very spacious with a nice big balcony. The breakfast was average. Friendly staff Quite location. Easy to walk to town- although a little far for walking. Private Free Parking was great.

The hotel said they had internet but it never worked the 3 days we stayed. It's about 21/2 k's away from the Duomo - about a 45 min walk. The bus service was a little confusing. Never refilled the Toilet paper.

La chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, le personnel souriant et efficace, le parking commode. L'hôtel fournissait des informations utiles sur les moyens d'atteindre le centre de Florence.

Hotel is located neat the city center. The rooms ware comfortable. For us it was very important to have parking place.

The included breakfast and the landscaped patio to eat on. The breakfast staff was very cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to bus transportation and the restaurants recommended in the area were very good although the distance to them was not stated and required a long walk.

No wash cloths in room, but this seams to be a common practice in Europe. Towels were not changed daily.

Casual, comfortable, economical and close to town centre

The staff is very helpfull and nice. You feel right at home! Plus, the free internet and parking was the icing on the cake.

The bathroom, specially the shower, was very small.
