Location - just a short local bus ride into Florence, no worries about parking and no having to negotiate the narrow streets to an inner city hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were very basic - but considering the cost still acceptable. Having to carry suitcases up stairs to 2nd floor. |

the location was excellent, close to centre and all main roads to other towns. Spacious room, good breakfast, clean towels Room could do with some hooks to hang towels and coats etc. Could also do with a fridge and comfy pillows. |

Room was ok ... standard ... view from terace to enjoy eveing and free private parking Poor breakfast ... Poor hotel staff ... always smile and can't help anything when i ask. We ask for hot water for make a tea in my room ... i'm ok even have to pay but they don't have it!!! they said to have hot water by tap !! |

Good service, breakfast was quite extensive not just the usual italian coffee and croissant When checking in there was nobody about, had to phone a number after standing outside for over 40 mins ringing a bell that nobody answers....dnt even think its connected!!! |

The hotel is located in very nice part of the city, easily accessable to the center (10 min by bus, 3 bus lines). Rooms were clean and comfortable Hotel posesses beautiful calm terace on which you can enjoy in the evening. Personel is nice. Generally, everything was nice. |

It was clean, the staff and the owner were very helpful. Appreciated the private parking and it is very close to the center of the city. They need to get a good espresso machine. Italy is famous for its coffee. |

We could park our car for free at the hotel. The bus to the city centre stopped round the corner (and went every 20 minutes, not 10 as they said at the hotel). The room was large. The staff could not speak English well although they were friendly. They only made the bed and did not tidy the room (empty the bins with a dirty nappy e.g.) The breakfast was extremely poor, the only fresh item there was a yoghurt, everything was long-life (baguettes, muffins), no fruit, terrible juice and the worst coffee ever. We could not even drink it. It was a waste of time frankly. Lots of mosquitoes in the roon. |

The only thing was free parking. Given room on 2nd floor with no lift and had to carry all our luggage up and down 2 storeys. Breakfast was a disgrace...not even bread was eatable. Advertised free wireless internet connection rarely worked though we even complained. |

I picked this hotel because we needed to have a point of break on our journey from Mediterranian Sea back home and my wife wanted to see Firenze. Location is very good, in a quiet environment. The interior is clean, beautiful and cozy. Both staff members whom we met were very willing and helpful. The hotel was nothing short of the pictures on internet dated in 2006, everything looked new and clean. Parking is a great plus - there is no other chance to park a car in the city, lest to park it safe. Premises are spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the air condition we could sleep very well even though weather was quite hot. Our appartment had a small kitchen, although we did not use it. If I were to stay longer, I would again choose this hotel. We noticed several rooms with direct access from the parking level and some guests on wheelchairs. Some other guest wrote that the shower bath is quite small and I must confirm it. I have some overweight, so showering made me imagine how a astronaut would shower on a space ship :) But it was possible and the rest of the washroom is quite spacious, clean and well-equipped. |

Location was generally ok, just 10 min walk away from old town. Good parking place for the car Breakfast was just poor and the hotel staff brought just a few pcs of bread etc when the plates were already empty. Some hotel quests even brought their own breads etc to the breakfast... Staff hospitality was good though |

The B&B was pretty easy to find. Our room was very spacious with a nice big balcony. The breakfast was average. Friendly staff Quite location. Easy to walk to town- although a little far for walking. Private Free Parking was great. The hotel said they had internet but it never worked the 3 days we stayed. It's about 21/2 k's away from the Duomo - about a 45 min walk. The bus service was a little confusing. Never refilled the Toilet paper. |

The included breakfast and the landscaped patio to eat on. The breakfast staff was very cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to bus transportation and the restaurants recommended in the area were very good although the distance to them was not stated and required a long walk. No wash cloths in room, but this seams to be a common practice in Europe. Towels were not changed daily. |

Exellent for families visiting Florence. Very good transportation (city bus)to the city center. Free parking! Close to Autostrada A1 with ease and quick access to the hotel. |

The staff is very helpfull and nice. You feel right at home! Plus, the free internet and parking was the icing on the cake. The bathroom, specially the shower, was very small. |
