The location was right in the heart of Rome and made getting to all the major sights easy to do by walking. The hotel was very clean and nice and a good value. We stayed there with 4 children and two adults and stayed in two rooms and it was perfect. The managers were also very friendly and helpful. |

The location is most convenient. Our room was excellent, and I loved the large jetted tub. Having to be buzzed in through 2 doors was somewhat inconvenient. |

We enjoyed the central location in historic Rome. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of foodstuffs including toast and the typical brioche and Italian coffee. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The whirlpool tub was a great comfort after long days of sightseeing. The room was clean and the linen/towel service was daily. The location is very secure with three doors outside and an elevator for the use of hotel guests. During our stay the noise from the patrons of the bar on the first floor below was extreme and long into the evening, night and early morning- waking us on many nights despite our use of earplugs. The management should either negotiate with the bar to control their patrons or install better sound proofing in their windows. This was the only negative feature of an otherwise very pleasant stay. After all, a good night's sleep is the primary function of a hotel. |

This hotel was convient to all major sites yet had a very 'local' feel. If you don't want the typical tourist visit, this is the place for you. The staff waswarm and helpful, and since there are only six rooms, you practically feel like part of their family!! Loved it! Nothing!! It was great and I'd stay here again. |

excellent breakfast, brilliant location, nice rooms, very helpful staff, staff very helpful to make bookings and advise bus routes etc.,lovely clean and intimate hotel - very quiet and very good value for money - everything worked - more like a very very good b and b. as we knew it may be a little difficult to find we telephoned on arrival - it is directly opposite the ruins of largo argentina - that is, it is on the "piazza" largo argentina |

Ideal location, very nice and helpfull staff (that's worth noting in Rome!). The suite is extremely nice. It is not huge, but it was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and with a jacuzzi in the bedroom which is fun and so romantic. We spent a wonderfull time at the Residenza, thanks! |

Great location. Stylish and contemporary. Large modern bathroom for Italy (with a spa bath). Good breakfast. We would return here. No sign to locate hotel, just a name on the buzzer, because it does not have a separate building (is located at the back on third floor). |

Very good location. Close to monuments etc. close to public transport. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff. I would have preferred to have a real table . a stool at the bath would have helped. |

There are very few rooms (6 I think) so the staff had time to answer our questions. B-fast was fine, no hot foods (eggs) but an assortment of others and great coffee drinks. Location couldn't be beat. |

location is great near main attractions. the hotel staff very friendly and they even tried to accommodate at the very short notice two of our friends. Bathroom modern and clean. for a city visitor it does the job\ like many hotels in rome this is an improvised hotel that occupies one floor of a residential building in central rome. Where for the building residents might be easy to access the building, for tourist is just a pain, as you have to ring at two different places to get in the building and there is no sign or direction to indicate where or at what floor the hotel might be. |

Great location for exploring antique Rome at foot. Reasonable quiet place at the 3rd floor of a 500 year old building. I appreciate the high ceilings (4.50 meter is my guess). The kids (11 and 13) like the place too. Some maintenance on the windows to make them close better will certainly result in keeping the street noises out better (especially at night). |

Erg centrale ligging. |
