Hotel splnil očekávání, slušný poměr mezi cenou a dostupností centra. Personál vlídný, snídaně lepší než jsme čekali. Okolí je již poněkud zanedbané, ale vypadá to tam večer celkem bezpečně. Hotel give good ballance between distance from centre and prise. (20 min).Staff is good.Breakfast is better than we wait. Region of town is slovenly but looks safety. nepříliš čistá,( plíseň ) sprcha, pokoj č. 5. Hotel má už své lepší už dlouho za sebou, ale většina lidí v něm stejně tráví jen minimum času. Bathroom is little bit dirty,(mould), all look of room is old and magged. But we spent here a minimum time of our beeing in Florence |

Most helpful staff at all times. Reasonably central location and near bus terminus at main rail station. Upgraded to room with proper fully-equipped and spacious bathroom upon request. Poor breakfast buffet. While we were there, a high-pitched whistle from some mechanical source at rear of hotel disturbed sleep somewhat; staff agreed to investigate and it was almost inaudible in the upgraded room (presume this is temporary problem). |

location was good. Hotel was clean and quiet+ nice breakfast. Staff was really helpful and friendly the walls could have done with epainting but part from that perfect! |

The location was nice. Within a 15 minute walk you can reach the touristic part of the city as well as de railway station. The rooms are very noisy. The television in my room didn't work. The water in the shower was cold. |

Sa location est pratique car a 10 mins à pied de la gare - notre chambre sur la cour derriere était calme - Although a bit old fashioned, handy situation only 10 mins walk from the train station. We requested a room at the back and it was quiet. |

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from train station. Museums, churches all within 5-15 minutes walk from hotel. Several good cafes, restaurants near hotel. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us good recomendations on where to eat and sights to see. The location was good and easy to get to; straight down the street from the train station near the river. |

Great location close to the railway station. Breakfast buffet was excellent, there was everything from fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt to poached eggs and ham. Also the usual stuff such as croissants bread and cakes. Rooms were comfortable and clean and there was free internet!! |

La location à proximité de la gare routière, proche du centre ville et des ponts... sans pour cela avoir l'inconvénient d'avoir trop de circulation car un peu excentré du centre ville. la fermeture des volets assez compliquée |
