I liked the friendly staff. Also, I had a very comfortable bed We had a high ceiling. The room was clean and fresh all times. It was very quiet at night. A bigger more modern lift would be nice. |

LOCATION, period. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from central train station (Termini), which is very convenient. And it is located on the main road too, no dark alley, so it is pretty safe at night. Traveling is easy, because most buses stop at the Termini and Metro station is right there too. The room is clean, bathroom is clean, breakfast is decent. Overall, we are very satisfied. It is located on the 4th floor of the building with one tiny (and slow) elevator (can fit 3 people max) servicing the whole building. If you have a lot of luggage, you might be in a little bit of trouble. In the morning, don't bother using it, I use stairs every time. |

Very good experience with this hotel as the room was really very clean, spacy enough, good service for the price. Good location. The stuff is very helpfull. They offer very good and rich breakfest. Generally it´s a good service for the price, anyhow the window was to the yard and there was not light enough in the room. The third bed we had was mobile and not massive enough. But O.K. |

Good location, easily accessible. Calm room, clean in the room. Friendly staff. Some information, free maps of the city available, at no cost. I arrived at 11 a.m. and the tables from breakfast were not yet cleaned. And also from architectural point of view this pasts to a private house. Yes in central Rome can that be possible, the houses are old enough. Generally it was good. |

Singurul lucru bun a fost faptul ca hotelul a fost aproape de centru. In rest nu am alte lucruri pe care sa le recomand. In prima zi nu a mers aerul conditionat, iar aerul in Roma era foarte greu respirabil, si a fost un chin sa dormim cu geamurile deschise. Sa fie cinstiti cu clientii si sa ii trateze cu respectul cuvenit pentru ca acestia platesc destul de mult pentru serviciile de care beneficiaza. |

La ubicaciòn del hotel es muy buena, a solo 300 mts de la estaciòn termini, muy comodo para moverse en metro. La bañera tenia problemas de desagote, se inundaba un poco. No nos gusto el desayuno, muy escaso y poco variado. |

Het gebouw is 7 hoog en op elke verdieping is een klein hotel. Er staan 6 tafels om te ontbijten en als die vol zijn moet je wachten dat de andere klaar zijn met ontbijten. Lift voor 3 personen |

A localizaçao, proximo ao Terminal de trens, a gentileza dos funcionarios e a melhor qualidade do cafe da manha em comparaçao a outros hoteis da mesma categoria. -Melhorar a sinalizaçao da entrada do hotel, porque compartilha o predio com varios outros hoteis. Melhorar o aspecto da entrada no piso terreo e o sistema de aquecimento carece de reparos ou manutençao por causa do excesso de ruido. |
