The breakfast was very good. There was always someone at the desk and this was a great security feature, we felt really safe. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. |

The breakfast and cleanliness - good location for traveling. Phone in room didn't work. They didn't fix it. I canceled 5th day upon day of arrival and they charged me 1/2 which is contrary to written policy I received. Only one person of 5 employees seemed to care and tried to be friendly and helpful. |

The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Our room for 3 persons was very clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is very good (really in a few minutes walking from the metro station termini and the termini railway station. It would be better to offer a little bit more variety of food for breakfast. Lift is quite slow and a little bit scary. |

The room was in the good condition, clean with a good bath, although a little bit small, window to the yard. The location is very good, close to all transport and center. Breakfast was not bad comparing to other 3* hotels. Add more variety into breakfast. |

yes ı liked it. when ı came to reception desk to check in the old man behind act me dislikely. even he tried to blame me that i could hardly understand his speaking. and ı had to remind him that i am the costumer, and the questions he asked written on the issue in italian language. but the young guy was so nice. |

We liked the following: convenient location, big room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and clean big room/bathroom. Everything about this hotel met our expectations and i have already recommended this hotel to friends who will be travelling soon. |

I liked the friendly staff. Also, I had a very comfortable bed We had a high ceiling. The room was clean and fresh all times. It was very quiet at night. A bigger more modern lift would be nice. |

LOCATION, period. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from central train station (Termini), which is very convenient. And it is located on the main road too, no dark alley, so it is pretty safe at night. Traveling is easy, because most buses stop at the Termini and Metro station is right there too. The room is clean, bathroom is clean, breakfast is decent. Overall, we are very satisfied. It is located on the 4th floor of the building with one tiny (and slow) elevator (can fit 3 people max) servicing the whole building. If you have a lot of luggage, you might be in a little bit of trouble. In the morning, don't bother using it, I use stairs every time. |

Very good experience with this hotel as the room was really very clean, spacy enough, good service for the price. Good location. The stuff is very helpfull. They offer very good and rich breakfest. Generally it´s a good service for the price, anyhow the window was to the yard and there was not light enough in the room. The third bed we had was mobile and not massive enough. But O.K. |

Good location, easily accessible. Calm room, clean in the room. Friendly staff. Some information, free maps of the city available, at no cost. I arrived at 11 a.m. and the tables from breakfast were not yet cleaned. And also from architectural point of view this pasts to a private house. Yes in central Rome can that be possible, the houses are old enough. Generally it was good. |

Super Lage in der Altstadt von Rom. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer einwandfrei sauber, modernes Bad Die Zimmer nach vorne ( Via Cavour ) trotz guter Fenster (2x doppelverglast) relativ laut. |

E un hotel acceptabil din perspectiva conditiilor, daca luam in considerare locatia excelenta pe care o are. In plus, personalul hotelului a avut o prestatie corecta. Instalatiile sanitare vechi si in general impresia de vechi in hotel (fara a fi insa murdar); izolarea fonica a camerei este aproape inexistenta |
