Supportive staff; Good location (not far from the historical center).
Noisy (due to refurbishing) in the evenings
clean room, good size on the room. Our room faced into the backyards so it was very quiet.
simple, boring breakfast but ok.
Only meat and cheese for breakfast, boiled eggs and toast would have been nice x
Very clean room.
The hotel is on a floor. Stanard breakfast and small breakfast room.
The breakfast was so so bad . If your going to do breakfast with very little choice at least use quality ingredients or don't do it at all . It's a big let down bad coffee horrible orange juice .little things like a toaster would go a long way . I wouldn't stay here again because of this ,.
Very clean and comfortable.
Location was very good and WiFi was very fast. Stuff was very freindly till the last day when I was made to pay for the city tax, but I was not given a receipt. I had to use my last cash since I was leaving Italy.
Breakfast was quite basic and a tiny corner. Our room was very close to the breakfast room and quite noise in the morning, starting from 7am.
Clean Room. Great location. Nice staff.
Wifi was not so strong. It can be connected easily only in front of the door.
Clean, quite rooms with lovely bathrooms Value for money
Difficulty with lifts Small
Location, clean, comfortable
Bed small size
10 min from Termini station. Very clean, spacious, well-lit room with good, firm bed. Tasteful, modern room decor. Simple but good breakfast of croissants, toast, cereals, pre-sliced ham, cheese, cup yogurt & various types of machine coffee. Very cheerful & friendly hotel receptionist.
Shabby exterior, seedy district & very cramped lift. It's not a hotel. Just a clean place to stay before you catch your flight from home.
position and nice breakfast
very well located 200mts Termini, easy to find No confusion with reservation good wi-fi signal on the upper floor
breaskfast room can get a bit crowded
Liked the room and location. That is just it. The initial shock of the entrance was still haunting me for the rest of our stay.
There is no reception area but a passage leading to an elevator( which was being repaired on our arrival) with a notice stating the reception to the hotel was on the 4th floor. We were simply shocked as to how were going to carry our luggage to the 4th floor and at the initial face of the entrance. I was about to call bookings.com and state my dis-satisfaction and ask for an alternative (though I had made a prepaid booking), but my husband climbed the stairs and then the elevator was fixed for us to get to the 4th floor. The room was clean and recently refurbished and quite comfortable. They served a passable breakfast but the initial shock was too vivid to be dismissed by these features.
Good location, nice, small Hotel, friendly staff
Bad sound proofing
Its location allows you to walk towards most touristic attractions on foot. We arrived around 11am in the morning, a very friendly guy at the reception told is we were able to check in 3 hours earlier than expected. Our room was very clean, with a modern interior containing a very large bathroom and a flat screen TV. Beds were very comfortable. One evening we decided to order pizza, we asked the guy at the reception for some help, and he gave us a brochure and called for pizza, great of him!
Breakfast is not as extensive, but it’s good. I don’t travel to Rome to eat breakfast. I believe adding a toaster machine and some fresh egg would be a great improvement.
The location and staff.
Staff is very polite and hepful, rooms are cleaned every day, localisation is great - few minutes walk to Termini and subway. You can go almost everywhere on foot, even to Vatican City.
Breakfast - although there was fresh bread, cheese, ham, honey, yoghurt, croissants, corn flakes and chopped fruits in sirup, we ate 5 days the same...Wi-Fi works slow, but it`s not the most important thing in Rome :)
+ Great location + Nice and cleen room and bathroom + Price + Very fast WiFi
- Heating - only AC available (we visited in Jan, so quite cold at nights) - 4-5 floor with oldfashioned small lift
I liked the size of the room and bathroom; all renovated, nice and clean. Location was excellent; walking distance from Termini where connection to and from the airport is established so you save on taxi expenses. Staff was helpful. No noise from the street. No view from the window however this was not importand for us personally. The room was just perfect. I did ask while booking for a bigger room as this was my first holiday after a long term illness and I really wanted to relax. It seems they listened to my request. Restaurants withing walking distance. Dont go to the restaurant next to the hotel to the right and opposite (same owner). Staff rude and quite pricey. Lots of other nice places to eat.
I did not like the food (breakfast). Not much choice. If you go just for a couple of days than its probably fine. We stayed for 6 nights so got bored with food. Every day the same. Orange juice disgusting. Only one type of coffee was nice in the coffee machine (machiato). Also what I got angry about (this was probably my misunderstanding) that the price I paid online was excluding their tax so when checking out we had to pay extra charge which was 4 euro per person per night. So just beware when booking to check this so you're not surprised on the day of departure :)
Close to public transports and recently make up almost new!
The room was very clean.
the day before we wanted to cancel our reservation in hotel and to pay some penalty, but in reseption the worker said to pay the whole price. We are very disappointed for this service.
Calm and cosy hotel, recently renovated. Good location near Termini station, we visited all sightseeings afoot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included in the price of the room - wonderful. The next time in Rome will be back at this hotel without any hesitation.
the location was perfect. The hotel is super clean and the stuff very smiley! The wi-fi is free and the room was very pretty and clean! if we ever visit Rome again we would defenitely stay there again!
The breakfast could have a bigger viriety.
