The room design was very efficient. Staff speaks english really well and was able to help me witht the train schedule whenthe wi fimwas down.
The lift was broken when i got there. Had to lug my suitcase up to the 4 th floor. Also the wi fi was not working very well.
I liked having a cappuccino, and continental breakfast before hitting the sights. Elevator a plus.
Noise from children next door unfortunately woke me early each AM. Walls are thin. Traffic noise was muted.
The location is convenient, just need 3 minutes walk to the termini, and the bed is quite good, and the room has enough, good quality of furniture. Breakfast is okay.
I don't understand why we should hand in our key when every time we leave, it 's a little strange. However, everything is fine, with such price and such facilities.
Everything was great.The hotel is on the 4 th floor in a building.The room and the bathroom was very clean.I recommend this hotel!
The staff were very nice and polite and the hotel was clean.
The bed was very uncomfortable, very firm mattress. There was a bad smell from the bathroom and it seems it was coming from the piping.
The room was very comfortable with all the facilities that I needed: big closet, wi-fi, refrigerator, dressing table, hair dryer, extra pillow, air conditioning, etc. The hotel owner was very helpful, and I liked the breakfast. Very good value for money.
The only problem was the wi-fi. It was sometimes disconnected or slow. However, I think it is natural in hotels because there are many users.
The hotel is located near the main railway station - walking distance for a young person to main attractions of the city.
The worst breakfast ever. Disgusting coffee, old croissants, bad bread. Not enough food for all the guests.
Everyone was helpful.
Near by train Termini station. You can take metro or bus very easy. The room is really clean. Breakfast is good.
Internet connection sometimes not work.
The room wasn't as shown in the photos! :(
too expensive very small, simple rooms hotel is located on the 4th floor, access via the lift which can only carry max 2 persons with luggage, it take ages before you can use the lift.
- Good location, close to metro and trains connections;
- Small breakfasts;
Rooms were quiet and clean.

Friendly experienced staff that also provided high quality tourist information. Nice breakfast. Stable and fast WiFi. Silent room. Convenient placement.
The bed was not too comfortable for me while my wife did not have this problem.
Everything is perfect...we had a great time. ..very nice & helpful staff. ..excellent location. ..will recommend it to friends and relatives
Breakfast choices fantastic. Rooms comfortable and renovated.
Great location, you can reach any famous places of Rome by walk. The Street, Via Cavour is safe enough. Clean, comfortable and silent rooms. WiFi.
Breakfast. Hotel is in a floor of a building full of other hotels. Price is a little exp.
Its location and helpful staff.
Its entrance and facade. Shared building with other hotels. TV in the room was not properly connected and staff was not able to do anything! Breakfast spread was poor.
excellent location, friendly staff, clean room.
breakfast was very basic with bad coffee, wi-fi reception in room was very slow.
Was an excellent hotel every thing was good perfect location for trains
Rooms had recently been renovated Price per night
First impressions of hotel Reception staff Size of shower Safe wasn't secured in wardrobe Rooms weren't sound proof
Myself, husband and 15 year old daughter stayed here for three nights and were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was exceptional and the WiFi was excellent. We loved the location being so close to the train station and walking distance to the historic town. Breakfast was lovely. The only downfall for me, although not huge at all, was that the bed was too hard - my daughter loved this however. Great value for the money we paid and highly recommended.
The location made it very handy to catch public transport and walk to most tourist attractions. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was safe and well maintained. Very good wifi.
The television only seemed to have one channel and I couldn't find any other channels.
