Set on 1 of the upper floors of a 19th-century building, Hotel Andrea is in Florence city centre, a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

Just 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Jolì is set in a early 19th-century building in Florence’s centre.
Score from 787 reviews Very good
The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station.
Score from 200 reviews Very good
I really liked the location of the hotel, which wasn't amongst the trendy, tourist ones. But still within 5-10 minutes you can reach the train station, the central market. The owner is the most helpful person, ever! I really liked communicating with him and asking him for advice! All in all the hotel is very nice value for the money!
Can't really say there was anything I didn't like.
Basic accommodation that is easily accessible to the station and the markets. The owner and staff were so helpful with places to visit and any other requests that we made. Felt like family.Clean rooms and linen. The wifi was excellent and easy to use straight away and free. Great Coffee: the best we got in all the hotels that we stayed in!
Very basic breakfast.I just would have liked a hot breakfast instead of Nutella sandwiches or the ham and cheese sandwich which was slightly hard (maybe cover them?). Even if they had put out some cheese with the croissant: i would have liked that protein badly required! But really everything else was wonderful!
The staff were always friendly and more than happy to answer any questions that we had about Florence. The room was very clean. The hotel, although not right in the centre of Florence, was within walking distance (approx. 20 min walk) of it. The breakfast was good, considering this is a 2-star hotel (croissants, sandwiches, biscuits, coffee, juice, jams and cornflakes). Five min walk from the train station so no need to take a taxi when you arrive by train.
The first night I opted to leave the windows open as opposed to using the AC but because our window was right above the road it was impossible to get any sleep due to all the cars passing by. But when I shut the windows and turned on the AC it was fine and no noise came in.
The staff, breakfast, clean linen
No wifi in the rooms, noisy, no elavators
The location is in a nice quiet street
Not really anything
- Nice location - Nice people, especially a young woman who smiling all the time. - Clean room. - Good breakfast :) (excellent service)
- Without cheese. ;)
Quiet and comfortable stay. Very close to train station and to most of the touristic spots in Florence. Very friendly staff.
Florence is an expensive city, this a two star hotel so it's 'rustic'. Don't expect luxury you get what you pay for in Florence. Its close to Santa Maria Novella station and not far from the city centre which is a plus. It's located down a quiet side street and some of the surrounding streets are narrow but this to be expected as Florence is an old city. The family who run the hotel are very warm and friendly and do their best to help where possible.
The hotel has no lift so be aware of this if you travel with a lot of luggage. The wi fi doesn't reach the second floor joy for us nightmare for our teenager. No satellite TV so no CNN/ BBC world.
This place is run by a warm, friendly family. I made a lot of friends during the breakfast period in the morning. A sociable place.
Wifi was strong in the lobby, but intermittent in the rooms.
The service and the treatment
It was all good
location is walking distance to the train station, staff is friendly always smiling, decent breakfast.
my room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator, small wooden stairs. if you have a big luggage you gonna sweet during check-in/out
Front desk attendant was sleeping nights. Was not safe. And the owners was not friendly.
Close to city centre - can go everywhere by foot. Helpful & friendly people Very good breakfast for the price
Tv and hairdryer out of order
very good breakfast, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, generally very very good
The staff's friendliness and helpfulness The breakfast Good connection to the train station and the city center
My room could have been a little bigger
Good location, friendly staff
Staff are very friendly, this is family-running hotel.
The staff are friendly.
1) They do not have a lift and it is difficult to carry your heavy luggage to the upper floors. 2) The room carpet is dirty.
Location was soo good. Personnels was so kind. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fas. Bath was enough. Room was enough big. Air conditioner enough. 5 min to rail station. u can walk to everywhere from hotel.
Breakfast was soo poor. There was no cheese. Hair dryer was bad. There was no mini fridge in room. İn summer u can not drink cold water or coke in ur room. This price deserve better qualities.
The proprietor and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast- plenty of variety (fresh fruit & yogurt in addition to the standard coffee and pastries).
Very friendly and helpful host
Nice breakfast, very nice owners.
50 steps to our floor but doable!
Hotel is really good, IMO, for a two-star hotel. Room was big, with a couch!!! All in all, is also an old building so don't expect any luxuries. Close to the city center and to the train station. And Florence is amazing!!! People is VERY NICE.
I found it expensive for a 2-star hotel. My room had a balcony to a very busy street in terms of trafic. I used earplugs to sleep.
where the hotel is located.
The owners had a dog in the reception.
