It was ideally located, beautiful property and nice furnishings.Breakfast was you typical Italian fare but good. there was no ice available. My husband and I like a small cocktail in our room after traveling all day and could not get any ice. |

Beautiful building and decor.Lovely atmosphere.Pleasant location,near the river,close to a theatre and surprisingly quiet considering the closeness of the hotel to the historic centre of Florence.We had a wheel chair user in our party and all was fine for her.Lovely garden. |

Good location, good value for money and a good varied breakfast. Secure parking and free Wifi useful. Nice rooms with character. Aircon nice in summer months If your a passionate couple, squeaky beds could be a problem, although they didnt stop us. Half size bath was a bit of a laugh but again we both squeezed in, just. Hotel receptionist was a bit rude at times. |

I liked my room and the hotel in general. Breakfast was pleasant and the food perfectly fine, though not outstanding. The garden is very pleasant. The location is about 15 minutes' walk from the historical center and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station; there is paid parking nearby. In retrospect, I might choose to stay in the historical center -- I am a woman traveling alone and I like to go to performances. As the hotel is not at the center, going to a performance usually meant a fifteen minutes' walk back to the hotel close to midnight. But I felt safe doing so. The Teatro Comunale is next door, but it had only two performances in the eight days I was there. |

Pleasant atmosphere, lovely garden, very quiet and relaxing environment. Also an excellent value for money. Couch should be changed and a fridge should be put in the room, apart from these minor details my stay was excellent and I do recommend staying there. |

Not so far from city-centre; Nice garden; Unfortunately, it's about money: 1) 3 nights, total cost 312 euro; 2) cancellanion cost (as was informed) 104 euro from April 29, 2009; 3) cancellation cost (as was done April 29th) 100 euro; 4) Final payment April 4th - 312 euro...So, total payment 412 euro or 100 euro (as a cancellation cost) is an over-payment. Till 1st of June is no Cancellation cost return |

The hotel was very clean, staff were excellent, breakfast buffet was better than expected, the location was great for city touring, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were hot due to a lack of air conditioning. |

The Ariele Hotel in Florence was in a quiet area but fairly near the main railway station and historic areas. We enjoyed the garden for relaxing in after a busy day sight-seeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and the bed linen and towels were changed frequently. The buffet breakfast was good. |
