Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable atmosphere. It is perhaps a little pricey for its location given pound/euro exchange now, but may simply have to get used to good city hotels in Europe being more than before. Estimates of walking distance to main sites in Milan on hotel web site are seriously optimistic and if choosing this hotel for proximity this will mislead. |

Walking distance from the Piazza Duomo, about 10 to 15 minutes far away. Near metro and train station. |

Staff helpful (although some significant differences exist among different staff members) Good hotel, but not ideal for families (we are 2 adults + 3 kids). Location: not that close to tourist sites and quite difficult to catch a taxi nearby. |

The room was fairly comfortable, the surrounding area extremely peaceful. The hotel was very clean. The staff might have been a bit more outgoing, though this might be only an impression. They were professional, anyway. |

The staff were very pleasant, particularly to our young son. An initial problem with our room was sorted out very quickly and fairly. The family room we ended up with was very spacious. The hotel as a whole had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only problem was that a request on our booking form (for an extra bed) went unnoticed. This may have been a problem with the booking agent, or just a lack of clarity in the booking terms. |

Ho scelto questo Hotel per la sua posizione (vicino al centro storico) e anche per il prezzo. Ho soggiornato per poco tempo ma devo dire che il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, belle le camere e ottima la pulizia. Sarà senz'altro il nostro punto di riferimento per altre " visite lampo" a Milano. |

la possibilita' di avere a disposizione delle biciclette gratis. Dovrebbero pero' dare dei luchetti piu' seri, visto che il cliente e' responsabile in caso di furto. il sistema di air conditioning scarsetto |
