The staff were efficient and welcoming. Breakfasts were good, offering plenty of choice. There are sports facilities including a good outdoor pool on site. The hotel has a restaurant for lunch and dinner and there are also bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The bathrom was fine except that the door hit the toilet when open. Some breakfast times were busy as the hotel is used by tour companies and groups staying there were eating at the same time. There is a charge for off-road parking. This is not a problem but something to be aware of when booking. |

The breakfasts were lovely. The air conditioning did not work. The staff was not really helpful until the last day with our check out and helping with transportation to the next destination. |

The room size was good. The room was bright and airy. The bathroom was large enough although the sink faucet needed repair because it squirted water all over the counter. The pool area was fabulous! I regret that I didn't bring my bathing suit...The breakfast was good and I liked being able to get as much coffee (Italian as well as American) as I wanted. The air conditioners did not work at all and the weather was unseasonably HOT during my stay. The pillows on the bed seemed old and not fluffy enough. Because the air conditioner didn't work we had to open the balcony door; it required 2 of us to open it. At night there was quite a bit of noise until after 2AM from the shopping mall next door. |

this hotel is very difficult to locate. Also there is a public outdoor recreation facility behind the hotel that also has restaurants and bars in the same area so half the rooms that face these facilities could be kept awake until 3am in the morning. Spend the extra money and stay closer to FCO airport |

The room was clean & comfortable. Without satnav the hotel would be a nightmare to find. I booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool. When we got there the pool had no water as it was under maintenance. For breakfast we recieved burnt scrambled eggs. The free Sky channels did not work. The people at reception were not very friendly or helpful. |

Not cheerful. Staff irritable and not very welcoming. Rooms dingy at best. Smelled of mildew. Further from airport than stated in ad |

We went to the beach most days. Met up with friends who live in the area and enjoyed Italy and its beautiful city, Rome. |

no info in room regarding facilities - for example we didn't know until the last day that there was an indoor pool . Also mini bar info misleading - said it was complimentary for water but was charged for it |

The staff in dinning room was rude. Especially, young woman for breakfast time was impolite and act as if she drive off the guest from dinning room. We asked the taxi to airport, but they arranged hired car, which was about double price from taxi. |

God morgenmad. Dejligt poolområde. Service for såvidt udmærket. Personalet i reception virkede ikke spec. imødekommende. Hotellet virkede lidt slidt. Fremstod ikke umiddelbart som et 4-stjernet hotel. |
