Really close to the main monuments of the city. Great confort/price ratio
No wifi in rooms
One receptionist is a little "army like" and the other completely careless. The location however is excellent.
Location, staff, hotel décor
Bathroom was poky, run down and poorly maintained. Bed was one star at best.
At the very gates to the Field of Miracles! We only had an afternoon in Pisa and could not have been closer to the action. View from our window was the Leaning Tower just there! Had to leave before breakfast but The hotel arranged for early taxi to airport which only took 10minutes at 5am!
this hotel couldnt of been in a better place right by the tower. staff spoke english and they were helpful. our first room the toilet went of after a couple of flushes no questions asked they just changed our room. rooms small but adequate for a couple of days break. the hotel is near all restaurants aswell,
i didnt like that there was no lifts even though only two floor after along day them steps became a problem for me with sore feet.
just a few steps from the piazza of miracoli and the leaning tower, value 4 money, polite stuff, good size of the room
a bit old bathroom but clean, a little refresh in the hotel would made it the best hotel for visiting pisa and the famous leaning tower
Excellent location friendly reception staff, good value for money
A little dated in decor, luggage store not very secure, housekeeping could have been better with cleaning of rooms
The location is fantastic if you are there to see the main sites - The Leaning Tower and surrounding area. The bed is super comfy, the room is quite dark, very clean.
You do get quite a bit of noise late on and early morning because of the location. The bathroom & shower are pretty small
The amazing view
location, location, location. Room was spacious. The staff helpful and held our luggage.
The beds were old and lumpy. Horrible breakfast for the money.
- Location, right next to the tower - Cheap
- Tiny rooms - Shower/bathtub didn't have a curtain, so the water went all over the place - Staff hardly spoke any english - No elevator
View from terrace
This hotel is not properly taken care of
Great location, comfortable and the reception staff are great
Noisy at night due to the location
Location is fabulous just metres from Piazza del Miracoli. Front desk open 24 hours
No hot drink making facility in room
Great location, really close to the tower. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was a bit small and the all room was old fashion (no AC and other commodities). You pay a lot just for the super central location rather than for the room.
Receptionist is arrogant , careless and unhelpful. Room is warn out and dirty.
The location, with view of the tower Staff
Basic beds Noise from the upper floor
Location Balcony. Parking lot Breakfast
There is no double bed, they merged 2 single bed as one. Bathrom was so small and not that clean. At breakfast there was only one yogurt per person sign.and I think that is funny :)
The hotel is situated in the best possible place, a few steps from the tower. It is a very safe place even at night. If you arrive by bus at Piazza dei Miracoli you can easily and safely walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. The hotel represents the look of the 1970s, but is clean, comfortable, airconditioned of you take a standard room. The staff is polite. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because there are so many fantastic cafes nearby.
They had wifi and it worked in our room
The 'view on the Pisa tower' is only when you lean out of your window. Our bed was, I'm not joking, taped together. It squeaked. Two days later, both our backs hurt. The only airco is a small portable fan. The shower had 2/3 door (one part was missing). And water pressure was low. There was a massive hole in the tiles under the sink. They only clean what needs to be cleaned: thing like soap carriers (not sure if they're called like that) were quite dirty. Last of all the drawers in the cabinet were broken: 2/4 hung diagonal. Staff: only one guy was nice and helpful. The rest showed no interest in helping or whatsoever. As if they only work there because they need the money. Horrible.
the only one good was the place, right next to the Tower
very, very dirty room and not confortable bed at all. quite expensive regarding the service provided
Only the location
No airconditioning. Unhelpful discourteous reception staff Poor bathroom fittings, shower fell off the wall and no shower curtain so water goes on the floor No help to find a parking spot ,just comments like parking is a problem.
Location is great...less than a minute walk from the Tower. The room had a nice view as well.
At 3am I was woken up by my friend asking if I had afterbite cream because he said he had all these mosquito bites and that he was really itchy..we really didnt think much of it and went back to bed. About an hour later I woke up to go to the bathroom..as I was returning to bed I saw a brown bug crawling by my pillow. I quickly picked it up with paper and identified it as a bed bug...I Then looked behind the mattress and found a load of them crawling on the walls and behind the beds. My friend(who had complained about itching earlier) had about 30 bites all the way up his arm and even in his face. I rushed downstairs with the bedbug and showed it to reception..he brushed it off and said "oh well" and that if we wanted another room we would have to pay full price. I found this absolutely ridiculous! The man was telling us to go back to the bed with the bedbugs and sleep there till the morning until the manger arrived. I have traveled over 4 continents and never received this kind of service!! We were so fed up we took our things and checked out at 4am. Of course...the receiptionist gave us a wave and a sweet "goodbye". Do not stay here
Dark and dreary décor No lift Bar and Restaurant closed? Bedroom badly lit and very dark Bathroom shower dirty, toilet seat broken, hairdryer hose taped up Tiny TV positioned 2m high on the wall
