Found the staff very helpful, the room tidy but small, but certainly not worth the high price. I have stayed in larger, more suitably located and cleaner for less money. The price was too high for the size and decor of the room. |

The staff were rude, wifi unavailable, the rooms were not in 4 star condition, very little natural sunlight, no fan in bathroom(so condensation built up), shower door hardly closed... |

Close to main railway station and the street where the hotel is has a number of nice resturants. As usual for areas around railway stations in main european cities they are not the niciest or cleanest. |

The hotel is extremely convienent to the Rome Main Train Terminal. The staff are good and the breakfast was great. This year I had a double room that was very nice but last year I had a single room thaat was real small. |

The staff was rude - made everything so inconvenient. The AC was not working nor did they seem to care. The bathroom had an ever-present smell of urine and flying bugs in the shower. |

Convenience to Termini Station The bathroom smelled, the shower drain was blocked, there was hair on the bed, the lady who checked us in was very unfriendly, didn't smile at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

was in a perfect location.. two minute walk to the train station and underground. the room was abit small.. and there was never anybody behind the bar.. was 15 euro to use the wi-fi for two days. |

I was able to sleep well and the food wasn't bad, the shower pressure in the bathroom was good. The first night went we got there for the checking the guy in reception was really rude to my friend. |

The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The hotel is 2 minutes walking from the Central station. The room was too small though, and the room rate was high VS its location (not the best area to stay in at rome) |

The bathroom was very nice. The room was so small and had a useless chair that even prevented one from walking around the bed. I did not like the design at all. There was great attention paid to the common area but the room was unacceptable. |

The only great point of Ariston was its location. Its proximity to Roma Termini is very beneficial. The rooms were just about resonable for a 4 star. We were given a tiny room fit for one person in which 2 beds were crammed. When we raised an objection they gave us another one which was slightly better off than the first one. All in all it was an OK expereince. |

hotel was clean and very close to the train station although my bedsheets needed to be changed because they were dirty when i got there. desk staff was not friendly and seemed tired or confused. |

The neighbourhood seems somewhat dangerous. When we asked the reception employee if it was a safe area, she said: "what do you mean safe, nobody is going to kill you"... OK... |

Reported safe not working twice in one day told would be fixed next morning never happened even though I reported it again . Electronic key also gave some problems |
