La situació de l'hotel, molt a prop de l'estació Termini (tren a l'aeroport, bus, metro). A l'habitació li faltaria una petita zona amb una taula de treball. L'esmorzar podria ser millor (li falta varietat, sobretot quan hi passes uns quants dies). |

Lo mejor el minibar i el desayuno. Habitación minúscula de 9m cuadrados. Cama estrecha de 80 cms. Reclamé y aún espero el cambio. No se quien pone estrellas en Italia, pero he estado en pensiones mejores. |

a pesar de que he puesto todo excelente, porque es verdad, ha sido excelente, creo que el numero de estrellas no se corresponde con la categoría real del hotel, quizas 3 estrellas seria más acorde si puede decirse que no me ha gustado algo del hotel podría decir que el café con leche del desayuno, nada más.... |

i enjoyed my stay very much i found the staff very helpful and pleasant, hildur in particular, the proximity to termini station is also a winning point plus the modernity and central location is ideal for anyone who want's to stay in heart of rome with a view to touring around via termini station. |

staff are friendly everything else! internet was promised but not delivered—we were told that there is no router on the floor! Everything else promised (amenities, etc.) with the executive room booking we made, we had to ask for specifically. The safe did not work and no one attempted to fix it. Room was extremely smelly and falling apart. Thermostat did not work and the room was freezing all the time. |

This hotel room was very clean and tidy. The bed was queen size, although was 2 singles cleverley pushed together with a queen size headboard! It looked good from the outside and inside around reception and the bar area is really well designed and pleasant on the eye. The staff at reception were friendly and did their job and could speak english. The staff member when we arrived to check us in didnt explain that you had to put your room key in the wall slot for the electricity to work, we thought at first there was no electricity in the room and had to go back downstairs to ask what the problem was. |

Well situated near main rail terminal and within easy walking distance of main attractions. Staff were pleasant. Checked into hotel late Friday evening and allocated Room 130. Unfortunately when entering this room we found it to be already occupied, which came as a big shock to those staying in the room who sounded petrified. Wasn't too pleasant for my wife and I either! Allocated another room but this was twin, not the double I had booked, and told no other rooms available that night. |

The reception area had a modern design and the breakfast area,also the hotel is in the centre and transportation was comfortable I expected more from a four star hotel(e.x.change of sheets and towels everyday),no aircondition the first day, better furniture in the rooms |

The front desk staff were very friendly, and it was nice to find a big continental breakfast with a huge variety of options. Our shower leaked onto the floor a little bit in the bathroom, spreading water right along the wall. |

I liked the location and the executive floor and the staff seem friendly and organized. I did not like the single rooms and they were too small and unclean. |

The very slow check in prcedure. Photo copy of passport, photo copy of credit card three signatures required...........and all taking ages to do....very repetative and slow. |

We arrived at 22:00 and left net day at 14:00. The safe in the room prove to be very usefull. Every time you talk to receptionist ... do it on paper, they have poor memory. Do not foget about the safe. |
