staff are friendly everything else! internet was promised but not delivered—we were told that there is no router on the floor! Everything else promised (amenities, etc.) with the executive room booking we made, we had to ask for specifically. The safe did not work and no one attempted to fix it. Room was extremely smelly and falling apart. Thermostat did not work and the room was freezing all the time. |

This hotel room was very clean and tidy. The bed was queen size, although was 2 singles cleverley pushed together with a queen size headboard! It looked good from the outside and inside around reception and the bar area is really well designed and pleasant on the eye. The staff at reception were friendly and did their job and could speak english. The staff member when we arrived to check us in didnt explain that you had to put your room key in the wall slot for the electricity to work, we thought at first there was no electricity in the room and had to go back downstairs to ask what the problem was. |

Well situated near main rail terminal and within easy walking distance of main attractions. Staff were pleasant. Checked into hotel late Friday evening and allocated Room 130. Unfortunately when entering this room we found it to be already occupied, which came as a big shock to those staying in the room who sounded petrified. Wasn't too pleasant for my wife and I either! Allocated another room but this was twin, not the double I had booked, and told no other rooms available that night. |

The reception area had a modern design and the breakfast area, also the hotel is in the centre and transportation was comfortable I expected more from a four star hotel(e.x.change of sheets and towels everyday),no aircondition the first day, better furniture in the rooms |

The front desk staff were very friendly, and it was nice to find a big continental breakfast with a huge variety of options. Our shower leaked onto the floor a little bit in the bathroom, spreading water right along the wall. |

I liked the location and the executive floor and the staff seem friendly and organized. I did not like the single rooms and they were too small and unclean. |

We arrived at 22:00 and left net day at 14:00. The safe in the room prove to be very usefull. Every time you talk to receptionist ... do it on paper, they have poor memory. Do not foget about the safe. |

I like the location. Like many hotels, instead of a queen I got two doubles pushed together. |

Helpful, courteous staff, with pleasant acommadations. Good location for regional transportation. The additional location I was transfered to was very nice and the staff was excellent, this was the Hotel Panama. the Ariston was initally dificult to find do to the street name changing and the building numbers being repeated every few blocks. |

Very close to the train station and easy access to major tourist attractions. The bathroom was quite spacious but only after we requested a change of room The room space, two beds joined together, television not working, view from the window and poor drainage in the bathroom. |

Convenient check-in time, and good staff service; reasonable room size, for a city hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Nothing much to dislike, except the price -- but then Rome seems a very expensive city |

The free Wi-Fi internet access and the nice design of the lobby and lounge. The room's furniture and bathroom facilities were so primitive and old, except for the LCD TV. |

The photos shown in the web site booking.com are completelly different to the room we got. it was quite old and of course it was not a 4 stars hotel (based on my experience) I am pretty usre that the hotels had better rooms, but was not mine. |
