Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen. Sai itse valita pitääkö huoneen avainkortin mukanaan vai ottaako mukaan poistuessaan hotellista.

Sopiva sijainti.

Pienet huoneet. Samanhintaisissa huoneissa suuria koko eroja. Meluisa.

Mikään ei toiminut niinkuin pitäisi. Irtonainen kassakaappi kaapissa ei toiminut ollenkaan. Huoneen ulkooven sai auki ilman avainta, vain työntämällä kunnolla. Loppujen lopuksi meidät vaihdettiin parempaan huoneeseen kun muita ei ollut vapaana.

Mukava henkilökunta ja ihan viihtyisät tilat. Sänky oli mukava ja siivous hoidettiin hyvin. Sijainti loistava.

huoneessa oli erittäin kuuma eikä ilmastointi toiminut viilentävästi. Huoneessa haisi lievästi (välillä myös voimakkkaasti) viemäriltä.

Location, cleanliness and easy to find and the price was very good

The staff did not seem so friendly

The only good thing is the location. But there are so many two star hotels next to this one which might be worthy of the money. The four-star rating needs to be reconsidered. Based on the experience with the booking.com, this one is the worst and over-rated.

Terrible room and facility. We switched rooms twice. The first one does not have light. The second one is so noisy that we can't sleep through the night and the bathroom smells stink. The third one we settled in is because we were tired of moving and it was quieter so that we could sleep but it was small. However, the bathroom shower sucked and the water leaked outside the shower. All the towers were used to make the floor dry so that we can get in without getthing our feet wet. I have to avoid taking showers one or two nights just to stay rested and not to worry about the water turned hot or cold and fought to finish the terribel shower the entire time. I wish we left there in two nights instead of five nights.

size of the room it is too small

Close to main railway station and the street where the hotel is has a number of nice resturants.

As usual for areas around railway stations in main european cities they are not the niciest or cleanest.

The staff was rude - made everything so inconvenient. The AC was not working nor did they seem to care. The bathroom had an ever-present smell of urine and flying bugs in the shower.

Their services and location. They give us the Roma map. When I return to Itali, I would like to restay in this hotel
