Service-minded staff, Excellent breakfast, free wi-fi (also in rooms, although a bit unstable) and free soft drinks in minibar, practical location very nearby Termini airport train terminal. 4 stars caqtegory seems a bit overrated, but the Rome star system appears somewhat inflated. Single room is pretty small, and working desk/chair not very user-friendly. |

Nice hotel. Clean room. Good breakfast - friendly staff. Close to train station and most main attractions (walking distance). Free minibar (water, juice, soda) We asked for a room with a view, but got a room with window looking straight into a warehouse. Staff's English skills were so and so... The room was dark. |

resepsjonsområdet og gratis minibar, selv om den var skranten. Nærhet til parkeringshus. Renhold, renhold og renhold. Vindu mot bakgårdet gav dårlig odør og en ekkel atmosfære. Skal du bo her bo fra 3. etg og oppover på superior dobbeltrom. |

Hyggelig. moderne og meget sentralt beliggenhet 300 meter fra jernbanestasjonen og 15 minutter fra gamlebyen og sentrum i Roma. Anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet til venner og kjente. |

Høyt servicenivå og glade medarbeidere. Hyggelig med verten som gikk rundt i frokostsalen å lurte på om vi hadde det bra/problemer. Litt sen rengjøring av rommet (kl. 15.15) et par dager. |

Menu in the breakfast is same (no change). one day or two days stay are OK, but more days stay ????? Bathroom should be equipped even if the single room, because of four stars hotel. |

The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made you feel welcome and made sure all your needs were met. It would have been nice if they had a computer at the hotel were you could access the internet. However there was wireless access and there was an internet cafe a short walk from the hotel so it was not a problem. |

Being near to Termini station meant that it was easy to commute around the city and to the airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay at this hotel again without a problem. |
