The location of the hotel.

The room I stayed in was not worth 4 stars. More 2 stars. A very basic room with very basic bathroom from which the shower door hardly couldn't be opened and the toilet didn't flush. I simply didn't like the room. I stayed 2 nights in Rome but desided that after 1 night in the Ariston I better find another hotel. The room was too expensive for what I got in return. Seems that the hotel has 2 types of rooms, nice rooms and poor rooms for people who found a fair price on the internet. I guess I was given a poor room as I found a reasonable price via Booking.com.

Found the staff very helpful, the room tidy but small, but certainly not worth the high price. I have stayed in larger, more suitably located and cleaner for less money.

The price was too high for the size and decor of the room.

The staff were rude, wifi unavailable, the rooms were not in 4 star condition, very little natural sunlight, no fan in bathroom(so condensation built up), shower door hardly closed...

The hotel is extremely convienent to the Rome Main Train Terminal. The staff are good and the breakfast was great.

This year I had a double room that was very nice but last year I had a single room thaat was real small.

Comfortable and stylist. Good selection of resturants closeby. Easy transport connections.

Convenience to Termini Station

The bathroom smelled, the shower drain was blocked, there was hair on the bed, the lady who checked us in was very unfriendly, didn't smile at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

was in a perfect location.. two minute walk to the train station and underground.

the room was abit small.. and there was never anybody behind the bar.. was 15 euro to use the wi-fi for two days.

the stuff in the reception were so nice

yeah ,,, they closes the door of the hotel and you have to ring a bell ,,,, what kind of four star hotel in the world do that

The bathroom was very nice.

The room was so small and had a useless chair that even prevented one from walking around the bed. I did not like the design at all. There was great attention paid to the common area but the room was unacceptable.
