all the staff can talk english and they were very helpful - breakfast was very good, and a very nice view from the room The check-out time is too early (10am). But after speaking to them they were so gentle with us letting us stay in the room until 11.30am |

Great location and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Cleanliness. Near to amenities e.g. bus station, local shops for water etc. Swimming pool was lovely but could do with handles on side to enable the less strong swimmer to hold on to and float. Extra shelving in bathroom for washbags etc. |

The position of the hotel from the view, proximity to sights, shopping, access to buses for trips and local transport, and places to eat was really excellent. To sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the moon rise was wonderful. |

Excellent location, nice views from the room, good food. Easy access to town and other sites of interest. Staff generally freindly and helpful. Overall and excellent choice of hotel. Some food choices a little monotonous, evening entertainment (pianist / organist / singer) a little dreary and behind the times - every night! |

Fantastic view from the room, nice staff. Located just behind the bus terminal -- it will take 1 hour and 5 euro to get to the airport of Catania from the hotel. Excellent value for money. |

We enjoyed the live music in the evening on the patio and meeting people from other countries as well as the spectacular view of the mountains and sea. We liked the central location and convience of being next to the bus terminal and the shopping, tourist, and restaurant district. We enjoyed the full course breakfast and setting in the comfortable reception area to read. The housekeeping and desk staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't care for buffet dining each evening so we chose to go into town and explore the local restaurants and cuisine. We did feel that the waiters at the hotel could have been friendier and more flexible with their service. In all of the restaurants that we dined in town, the waiters were friendlier and more accommodating than those at the hotel. |

The swimming pool Personnel is unfriendly, room is very far from clean, the shower and the sink look unacceptable for a hotel, let alone a 4star one, the room had no view at all... I would not recommend Taormine for a stay altogether, prices are high, people unfriendly and quality low and there are so many other beautiful places in Sicily! |

The peace and quite, good food, the bar and its lovely design. It is also quite large and the gardens around it is wonderful. The hotel would be more eficient if the staff would speak better English. |

The swimming pool at the bottom of the garden, with a wonderfull view over the coast is excellent. The quality of the breakfast and buffet dinner is also great as we could bear witness to. |

The view (we had a room with sea view and balcony). The cruise ship atmosphere at night with a live pianist singing Sinatra and cute elderly couples dancing, if that's what you're looking for. The rudeness of the staff and the unavailability of parking. Close to main bus terminal. Expansive breakfast buffet Front desk staff rude and impatient. Hotel is only accessible by walking up steep inclines and lots of steps. Furniture/furnishings in rooms are old, worn and dirty. |

The Hotel and the views are beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful and the food delicious (they have wonderful buffet meals for 15euros drinks included) . The Hotel is also a stone's throw away from the bus terminus and cable care station and within walking distance of Corso Umberto. |

The Hotel Ariston had a wonderful location. Breakfast was varied, well planned and there was a "no fuss" atmosphere. Very relaxing with helpful staff. As we were in Ariston 2, we thought it a little remote from the hotel. We would have preferred the hotel proper. |

Reception and most dining staff. Beautiful setting. Safety: Locking of fire door to bar from lift and stair shaft- late night and early morning. Closing off dining area for convenience of staff towards end, one hour, of breakfast session - was mostly rectified after verbal complaint. Rear rooms - no view. Pool attendant's attitude, often missing and limited interest in providing service. |

The location of the hotel was very nice and the views impressive. We had two rooms, and were on the far side of the hotel, at the end of the property. There were apartments built directly below the hotel and there was a motor scooter repair shop in the ground floor of one building. The constant in-and-out traffic (scooters and people) and reving of scooter engines early in the morning and into the evening literally drove us out of our rooms. |

Il Piccolo Giardino offers beautiful city and mountain views from its small rooftop terrace and pool. The hotel is in Taormina city centre, near shops, restaurants and the Greek Amphitheatre. |
You'll feel in seventh heaven as you admire the view across the Bay of Naxos and Mount Etna from the sixth-floor terrace at Hotel Villa Paradiso. |
Built in a typical Sicilian Baroque style, this 18th-century villa has completely been restored, with the greatest care and attention being paid to the finest details. |
Enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Mount Etna while you enjoy breakfast on the terrace at Hotel Taodomus, in the heart of Taormina. |
