Dear Booking administration team,
I booked a room in Hotel Ariston-Venice Mestre via Booking.com from 20th of Oct for 2 nights,3 Person, including 2 days breakfast. The price was 165 euros.
The issue is the room fees has been withdrew from my Credit Card two times.This is unfair!
First time at the day which I booked the hotel, 6th of Oct, 170 Euros.
Secondly, the day which I left the hotel, 22th of Oct, 165 Euros.
I called 3 times to Hotel Ariston and I have sent my Credit Card invoice to them. but still the issue hasn't been solved.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
1- The breakfast was totally perfect.
2- There were some chairs and small tables out of the hotel, which we could spend time during nights or... and we could use the hotel coffee or tea service.
