It wasn't far prom the train station. The rooms where correct.

Superior and standard rooms are the same. When I asked where was the difference I was told that everyone had been upgraded. There was no wifi in the rooms. The price for the spa is outragious. 37 Euros and we thought the spa was free for the hotel guest but it isn't !

Bergamo is a fantastic City especially in the Citta Alta lovely restaurants etc.

The staff were always helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean and faultless.

I loved the position of the Arli, the welcome cocktail and the helpful staff. It suits us to staay here every year as we have to visit Bergamo in order to catch the Terravision Bus from Bergamo Airport to take us directly to Val Gardena where we ski in the Dolomitis.

Our double & twin rooms were really nicely designed (we especially liked the very cool lamps!), exceptionally clean, with nice, comfortable beds and a selection of feather or hypoallergenic pillows. A free cocktail in the funky designer bar was a nice touch. The hotel's location was superb, being within walking distance of banks, shops & restaurants, and a short drive from Orio al Serio airport.

The hotel had an unfinished feel to it, with stairs and hallways contrasting with the rooms with quite a dated feel. The single room in our group was dated in design, though it had a minibar which our twin & double rooms lacked.

I liked the hotel in whole. The public area was very nice and the restaurant was very good and the spa aswell. The room was ok, but the bathroom was better. The breakfast was super the first 2 days, but the 1:th of Januar the breakfast was bad (the reason was something about brunch?). The location was really good in the lower city. I could see myself as guest again.

Very friendly staff, the restaurant and breakfast were very rich and delicious! The pillows and mattresses were also very comfortable... Location wise the hotel has a beautiful view of the city center and is right where you need to be

Modern.Lovely room, quiet as requested. Good food. Relaxed. Very welcome free cocktail and nibbles in bar.

Room was far too hot and could not get control of temperature at all. We found a typed label on floor (which must have been added as an afterthought) but still couldn't cool it down.

Perfect location, private gated parking, good breakfast. Room was just good and clean.

Its great location, the super friendly staff and service, the bed was comfy and large and Bergamo is a truely wonderful place. Yes will definately be going back and hopefully if Hotel Arli is available will stay there again. We highly recommend this Hotel.. and would like to thank the staff again as everyone was friendly and helpful with a smile on their face.

Hotel is in a great location if a little noisy but we felt for the central location it was worth it. Close to shops and a short walk to the funiculare to the citti alta. Rooms were very stylish and cleaned daily.

The location is good situated in the new part of the city. Just a short walk of 10 minutes to the funicular which takes you up to the old part of the city.

Wonderful location, close to the train station as well as the old town, tasty breakfast - quite a choice comparing to the traditional italian breakfast.

Just a minour fault, a bit squeaky beds. But in general, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was so convenient for buses and near to the Airport.

The service was poor, from reception to the restaurant. The rooms were impersonal, and rooms expensive for what you get. Spa was an additional price which is absurd.
