The staff are very friendly and efficient. The location is excellent, a short walk from the cable tramway which takes you to the old town. Good value for money, we would definitely stay again. |

The breakfast buffet was very good although you have to pay if you want a second cup of coffee which was a bit surprising. The rooms are in general quite tired and old. |

The hotel was situated in an excellent position for both parts of Bergamo (upper and lower). The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Very good experience. |

I loved the Spa after a hard days sightseeing / shopping. The Spa team were lovely - great massage was had!! They even gave us useful restaurant recommendations. The room was very nicely decked out. The breakfast is functional rather than special. This Hotel is great for the independent traveller who does not need any assistance. The reception staff on check in were very nice but no maps or helpful information were given. I don't know whether it's it lack of language or they are too used to being a 'business' hotel but if they are going to get more tourists, they need to be more prepared for their questions. |

This is the third time that we have stayed at the Arli. They are finished with their renovations and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The now have a Restaurant which is convenient although we still like the Chicolette which is around the corner. We did not use the spa. It is a little pricey, hard to find and it seems to us that you should not have to pay for the parking. |

The central location for all sites old and new town,the closeness of the railway station.Local bars and restaurants/cafes Only complaint no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also smell of smoke within the corridoor area |

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The location was ideal for both the old and new towns. The wellness facilities were excellent and also good value. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for a short break. |

Staff helpfulness and welcome. Room toiletries. No english translation of spa facilities in room. Receptoin supplied one later after my request. But my son who stayed the week earlier could not get one from reception. |

We stayed here for one night in August on a stop over to Lake Como. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size and very clean. Also there was some extra little products in the bathroom... little razor was a nice touch. The welcome drink was a nice thought. |

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, breakfast featured a good, varied buffet and excellent coffee. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient location in the centre of Bergamo's lower city. The 'wellness centre' was a little on the small side, but was well-designed and equipped, and provided a relaxing haven from midday city heat. I was surprised that hotel guests are charged €13 per person for basic use of the wellness centre's facilities: hydrotherapy pool, turkish bath, sauna etc. |
