1) Centrally located on 5-10 min walk from the Arena. 2) Mordern design with newly renovated rooms. 3) Free W-LAN in the room against log-in receipt. 4) Good resturant next-door. 1) Hard to find parking place, but which was indeed offered free of charge from the Hotel. |

Location in the city near shopping, best places to see, restaurants, etc. The staff looked like family bound and was very helpful and nice. A parking was arranged quickly, which isn't simple in the centre of an old Italian city. Simple, good and nice hotel I would say. Not that I know, however a stupid step off of 10 cm in our room without a clear signe gave us some nasty false steps. |

Very clean, fresh modern decor, excellent selection for continental breakfast, free wifi. Close to Arena and main piazza but in a quiet area, nice restaurant next door. Large room with huge bed. Unusually, lots of sockets and lights in the room. Bathroom very modern and also larger than the norm for this type of small hotel. Security safe in room. Large flat screen TV. Very reasonable rate compared to other hotels we've stayed in in Italy and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent! Mattress could ideally have been a bit softer. |

The hotel was located close to the Arena di Verona, which was the reason why we went to Verona; i.e., to see Carmen. It was also a short bus trip from the train station. The rooms were modern, and clean. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel staff that we met were not very friendly. Our room was not ready upon arrival, and the gentleman at the front desk argued with us rather than apologizing, and letting us know when the room would be ready. We had arrived after 13:00, the time designated for check-in, and he argued that check-in was not until 14:00 even though our reservation stated 13:00. The safe also did not work. For an expensive hotel, I expected friendlier staff. I always felt I was inconveniencing the man at the front desk when I had a question, that it was an annoyance for him to provide any type of service. |

The hotel is in walking distance of most interesting sights including the arena. Ironing board and iron are provided at any time. Internet access is free of charge. Cleaning ladies are quick. Room was cleaned by 10 am. Bed is very hard. Rooms are very basic. Reception staff is helpful, but always seem to be in a hurry and are not very friendly. Staff in breakfast room could also smile a bit more often. |

Very pleasant rooms and well designed bathroom, especially the shower. The breakfast was nice. People might find the mattress too hard. |

Great location for central Verona and everything that the city has to offer. Staff very helpful, even going with you to show you where the car park is. All a bit small scale, but fine for 2-3 nights stay. |

The hotel was lovely, in a great position for the Opera and visiting the city. The room was a good size with very modern fittings. The staff were outstanding. Would definitely stay again. |

The staff was very helpful, we had a nice, clean room, great breakfast. It was in walking two-minutes distance from Arena and it was a great opportunity for us to attend an opera performance by great artists. It was very romantic!! |

The hotel was very clean and newly decorated. The absence of carpet made it seem cooler. The ac was very effective. The room (104) for 3 people was very spacious. The bathroom was a good size with a double shower. The breakfast room was a little small....maybe guests could be told the busiest breakfast time. This did not detract from our enjoyment. |

We chose this hotel after reading the reviews. The location was perfect - about five minutes away from all the major sites (especially the Arena). The staff were very good and even provided us with a "boiler" (kettle) and tea-making facilities at no extra charge. The room was fairly large for Italian standard (not US), clean and comfortable. The standard was equivalent to at least 3 stars. |

Fabulous location, right in the center of Verona. Recently renovated, very nice and confortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is pretty impressive for Italian standard ! Broad choice of products, good quality. The price during the opera season it quite high. |

Great location only minutes walk from the arena and yet quiet, no traffic and out of the way. Hotel was modern (clean lines in design) clean, comfortable and great buffet breakfast. We had no complaints but then we don’t look for them either unlike some! Our room had a view of a brick wall but then we were not there to spend time looking out of the hotel window |
