The space of bath room is very relaxingly large.

Bed room space is rather smaller than I expected and one of window was not tightly close, so there was outside noise came in.

Great design and perfect location.

The quality of the breakfast is not what you would expect for such a high end hotel. Would expect a higher quality and service for breakfast.

Reception staff are excellent

Breakfast takes a lot of time due to omlet cooking Staff in the restaurant (especially at brekfast time) are very sluggish. Only one lift to go out is very uncomfortabel. Second lift to go to the rooms was out of work for 4 days!

Location is great in the shopping area and few steps from the duomo, staff are great, the room is good size and the bed is comfortable

I had a room facing the Main Street and it was noisey

I like a lot of this hotel: the decoration, the food offered, the service, the staff inside the room, the location. Up to now, it's the best hotel I've lived in. Highly recommend.

Maybe the price is a bit high :) but I understand it's a luxury hotel

The luxury, elegance of its interior and exterior, very close to the main hotspots in the city, the area the hotel is located at is clean and safe, the staff we amazing, welcoming and professionals in a welcoming manner. I simply love the hotel, everything is provided, everything is so organized and yet is hidden in a beautiful and tidy way.

Room cleaning service needs to pay attention to the items that they need to restore after cleaning such as: mugs, cups, coffee cups, spoons, juice, bottles of water, since they have forgotten to store the previous items after cleaning the room.

when booking this hotel I was intrigued how the Armani brand would express itself in a hotel. the results were stunning and every aspect of the hotel has been given the Armani attention to detail. the spa and gym made exercise a delight, the finishes in the rooms impeccable and the food and service in the restauarant world class. I loved the clean lines, muted colours and minimilism ,while the bedding remained luxurious. Even the pine wood inspired aroma ( I am sure an amrmani signature scent) that permeated the hotel added further enjoyment. The location was in the heart of the most famous and well troden Milan shopping streets. We all loved our stay and would have liked to linger longer just to soak up the luxury of the experienece.

Loved the drinks at bar as they came with so many nice snacks!! Worth the money spent on them. Bar staff are also very well informed about the drinks etc. Loved the generous size soap, shampoo and lotion which gets replenished 2 x a day!! Loves the interior style and look and feel of the hotel

Pretty much everything. The rooms, the staff, the design, the food, the spa, the location. The only wrong thing is that you check in at 3 pm and have to leave at 12... Probably because 600 per night is not enough!!!

I waited too much for the check-in because they only had one person at the desk. That was the only negative side.

Location, reputation and service all intertwined into a fabulous hotel.

The corridors of the rooms had music that you can hear at night. I could not sleep even though I asked to lower it for 2 nights. The housekeeping stole money left on the side table and it was returned after we called!!

Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed: stylish, comfortable, cozy. We stayed as couple in deluxe double room (Eur544/night/non-refundable rate through booking.com) and particularly liked: 1) interior - Armani casa design 2) the building itself, nice, modern, yet match the surroundings 3) personnel is quite attentive 4) mini bar (non alco drinks of any choice + snacks), nespresso machine with few cartridges and sugar cubes with "A"-Armani engraving, internet, - all these is free and reloaded during the day 5) Armani Prive toiletries, large size, perfumed 6) spacy bathroom with huge bath, mirrors, warm floor, and large window overlooking the shopping district and downtown, stainless steel taps, shower tap with led-lighting 7) very nice spa area with huge panoramic jacuzzi at the highest floor of the building (although they call it pool, which is not really true - it is too shallow) and 2 types of sauna (dry and aromatic steam). 8) hotel kindly provided us with free early check-in (11:30 am) and check-out (15:00), as well as booked tickets to Santa Maria della Grazie for the Last Supper painting by Leonardo da Vinci

1) Logistics inside the building is quite strange due to the fact, that there are few Armani shops located in the same building: the reception is at the 7th (6?) floor, then you have to take another lift to the hotel's floors; when exiting the hotel you again have to go to the reception, and take another lift for the ground floor 2) during our stay there was a major breakage of the rooms' locking system due to the lighting, only staff's cards could open the room; it took hotel few hours to solve the problem
