very friendly stuffs. and good location got tram line 1 can take you to center city
Location was good as it is near the train station by foot n subway by foot. WiFi in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice aircond.
The lift was small. Can't fit 2 big luggage with 2 people inside. Toilet could be cleaner. Shower was terrible. Didn't get to bath properly.
4th time i stayed there. perfect location, perfect room and the price is excellent.
Excellent location and clean rooms and helpful staff
close proximity to the main train station. Very secure.
Small shower area. No AC. No breakfast.
location not far from the railway station. Possible to walk on foot to Duomo in 20 mins Nice staff Possibility to make tea/coffee, warm up food
the room doesn't look super new, but it's not too shabby either.
Noise from the street - trams. It might be difficult to sleep long in the morning.
Walking distance to the Central Railway Station, good value for money
It's not easy to find this hotel at night until you notice a small bell that says Hotel Arno. My EU plug works in many places of Germany, France, Spain and Portugal, but does not fit the power socket here... Don't know if it's a problem of this hotel or Milan.
*The price was ok. *Also it's close to the Stazione Centrale and metro station Reppublica so it's both easy to get there and reach the city center. *I booked a shared bathroom room but instead we got a suite with a bathroom which was nice. AC in the room.
It's actually two hotel - Arno & Eva. We were placed in Eva. Uncomfortable stairs (especially if you have heavy luggage but the guy helped us out so it was fine). The building is shaking and it's very loud because of the trams. Low standard of the rooms, there was almost no window in my room. Plus the shared bathroom looked awful and dirty so I was very happy not to use it.
The room was clean. TV, WiFi, separate bathroom.
Too noisy at night (bebause of street railway), fan instead of air-conditioner (it was very stuffy in the room).
Just a 600m walk from central station. Clean. Good toilet/bathroom and beds.
The staff guy didnt seem so happy. Not like he was rude or so. He gave us all the information that we needed, but not much more. Not a single smile.
Nice facilities Clean room Nice staffs
Wifi was suck At first it was hard to find One of the staffs wasn't really nice but was ok
Location is quite good. In less than 10 minutes you're in the central station. The air conditioner was quite good.
The celling of the bathroom was kinda diagusting. The room had a strong smell. The elevator was so small. There was no wi-fi in the room. Once you are inside the hotel, in order to go to your room, you still have to pass by a tight stairs - you feel like you are going to an attic.
24 hour reception, good location, our room is upgraded to ensuit
It's near to the railway station so it's easy to get there by walking. To the old town it is like 20-30 minutes walking, which is not good if there's 30 degree. But anyway, staff is really helpful :)
The staff is very nice he helpd us to carry a heavy bag to the room.
The room is qiuet old.
Staff were nice and helpful. Close to railway station.
It was hot there with no air conditioning system, just a fan. if you open the window, you are welcoming to mosquitos in the room, we were bitten so many times. The roos was dusty and seems not to be cleaned carefully. Bath was really small.
I have stayed just for a night. good location and good value of money.
not for a long stay
Close to the train station, clean room, good wifi, very friendly staff!
Very, very, very HOT! No AC! Noisy!
Everything was perfect. Excellent location, friendly staff. The single room was very comfortable.
Close to train station Milano Centrale
Has air conditioning and walking distance to Central Station
location is very good. staff is nice and friendly. clean place- good value deal.
basic but did the trick as was catching a early train
Friendly stuff, new comfy bed, clean, good wifi and 10 min walk to train station
The room was super old, nothing like on the pictures! Pieces of paint was falling off the dirty walls, water in the sink wouldn't close, no AC. I have to say that furniture was new and bed was comfortable, everything was clean but the overall atmosphere was miserable. I had a look at the room next door and it was much better. I guess its really about being lucky. For the same money i staid in Nettuno hotel (just a few blocks further) in new room, private bathroom/free toiletries and perfectly working AC. So if you have a choice, better stay somewhere else
