The hotel attendant and the shared toilet
Everything - and they have an interesting elevator!
the location the rooms
Cute antique lift.
Thin walls between rooms
A room is a place to relax after "hitting" the town. The Hotel Arno offers a comfortable place to rest and re-charge after a grand city like Milano. It is clean, well-situated and comes at a reasonable price, with wi-fi thrown in! Even though NO breakfast is provided there as "heating" facilities and I was pointed to a MAGNIFICENT cafe (Cafe Cin Cin...)a few meters away that catered for my morning breakfast needs.
An incredible elevator )
No hot water in a suit
The lift !!! Its the tiniest lift I have ever encountered. The hotel is value for money. Had a pleasant stay.
No complaints, everything was great.
Only way to cool the room was to open the window, and I got eaten alive by mosquitos. At least, I hope it was mosquitos, instead of bedbugs or worse.
Very noisy place!
The personnel was nice and helped me carry up my suitcase ridiculously steep stairs. The area is okay, but nothing more. Close to both train staitions and a 20 min walk from Duomo.
The bathroom was in a pretty bad state. Obviously no refurbishment has been done in too many years. It was kinda clean though.
Big room, good environment, clean, walk around 10mins from center train station.
too much noise at night
Invasion of privacy. Someone entered my room and switched off the lights while I was asleep and my door locked! I like my light on while sleeping. I think that was an intrusion.
Wi-Fi very slow...
Very friendly and kind staff :-)
Thin wall ..
the hotel was cheap. close to the Milano Centrale (central station) and a walking distance from the center. the room was spacious and clean. there are hot water in the shower. the staff was very nice and helpful!
although it says check in is from 12, the room was only ready at 1pm. you can hear the noise from the street VERY loudly (mostly the tram).
Excellent place if you need to stay near the Central train station. Clean
Street is a little bit noisy at night
It was nicely placed roughly equidistant between the two main-line stations (Centrale and Garibaldi) so ideal for us who came in to one and had to leave from the other. Both stations within easy walking distance. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of local restaurants and bars.
For a one star it was an average hotel, it met my expectations with no complaints from me. I have no more to write and a 200 character minimum is far too high for both what i didn't like and also for what i did like.
There wasn't anything i didn't like. For a one star it was an average hotel, it met my expectations with no complaints from me. I have no more to write and a 200 character minimum is far too high for both what i didn't like and also for what i did like.
Friendly employees. Good location . Clean. Nice left ;)
Slow Internet .
very friendly stuffs. and good location got tram line 1 can take you to center city
Location is optimal, specially if you have to travel early in the morning. It's less than 10 min walk to the station.
I have no complaints, just one (literally) tiny thing , the elevator! It's the tiniest elevator I ever enter to. But it was a funny experience try to fit with my luggage anyway.
Location. Polite staff. Nice elevator)
Not clean enough. A lot of noise from the tram, which seriously bothers you with sleeping.
A short taxi ride from both of the main Milan train stations.
Booked room in the Arno and ended up in the Eva. Hotels were adjacent and served by a common reception area. There was a strong smell of smoke as we entered our room. The was rather dingy and our sleep was disturbed by the noise of trams outside the building. The receptionist was sleeping on a settee when we booked out at 8am the following morning. This was indicative of the poor and lazy customer service we received.
the helpfull staff and the great maintenance
the tram and the street noise is extremely bad. However the windows isolate quite well the noise, but still with closed windows the tram is noisy.
