Wi-Fi very slow...
Very friendly and kind staff :-)
Thin wall ..
the hotel was cheap. close to the Milano Centrale (central station) and a walking distance from the center. the room was spacious and clean. there are hot water in the shower. the staff was very nice and helpful!
although it says check in is from 12, the room was only ready at 1pm. you can hear the noise from the street VERY loudly (mostly the tram).
Excellent place if you need to stay near the Central train station. Clean
Street is a little bit noisy at night
It was nicely placed roughly equidistant between the two main-line stations (Centrale and Garibaldi) so ideal for us who came in to one and had to leave from the other. Both stations within easy walking distance. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of local restaurants and bars.
For a one star it was an average hotel, it met my expectations with no complaints from me. I have no more to write and a 200 character minimum is far too high for both what i didn't like and also for what i did like.

Friendly employees. Good location . Clean. Nice left ;)
Slow Internet .
very friendly stuffs. and good location got tram line 1 can take you to center city
Location is optimal, specially if you have to travel early in the morning. It's less than 10 min walk to the station.
I have no complaints, just one (literally) tiny thing , the elevator! It's the tiniest elevator I ever enter to. But it was a funny experience try to fit with my luggage anyway.
Location. Polite staff. Nice elevator)
Not clean enough. A lot of noise from the tram, which seriously bothers you with sleeping.
A short taxi ride from both of the main Milan train stations.
Booked room in the Arno and ended up in the Eva. Hotels were adjacent and served by a common reception area. There was a strong smell of smoke as we entered our room. The was rather dingy and our sleep was disturbed by the noise of trams outside the building. The receptionist was sleeping on a settee when we booked out at 8am the following morning. This was indicative of the poor and lazy customer service we received.
the helpfull staff and the great maintenance
the tram and the street noise is extremely bad. However the windows isolate quite well the noise, but still with closed windows the tram is noisy.
Location was good as it is near the train station by foot n subway by foot. WiFi in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice aircond.
The lift was small. Can't fit 2 big luggage with 2 people inside. Toilet could be cleaner. Shower was terrible. Didn't get to bath properly.
4th time i stayed there. perfect location, perfect room and the price is excellent.
Excellent location and clean rooms and helpful staff
Nice men at the reception. Well furnished rooms. Air condition in the room. New plastic cups, shower gel and soap every day. Didn't have any problems.
close proximity to the main train station. Very secure.
Small shower area. No AC. No breakfast.
location not far from the railway station. Possible to walk on foot to Duomo in 20 mins Nice staff Possibility to make tea/coffee, warm up food
the room doesn't look super new, but it's not too shabby either.
Noise from the street - trams. It might be difficult to sleep long in the morning.
Walking distance to the Central Railway Station, good value for money
It's not easy to find this hotel at night until you notice a small bell that says Hotel Arno. My EU plug works in many places of Germany, France, Spain and Portugal, but does not fit the power socket here... Don't know if it's a problem of this hotel or Milan.
*The price was ok. *Also it's close to the Stazione Centrale and metro station Reppublica so it's both easy to get there and reach the city center. *I booked a shared bathroom room but instead we got a suite with a bathroom which was nice. AC in the room.
It's actually two hotel - Arno & Eva. We were placed in Eva. Uncomfortable stairs (especially if you have heavy luggage but the guy helped us out so it was fine). The building is shaking and it's very loud because of the trams. Low standard of the rooms, there was almost no window in my room. Plus the shared bathroom looked awful and dirty so I was very happy not to use it.
The room was clean. TV, WiFi, separate bathroom.
Too noisy at night (bebause of street railway), fan instead of air-conditioner (it was very stuffy in the room).
Just a 600m walk from central station. Clean. Good toilet/bathroom and beds.
The staff guy didnt seem so happy. Not like he was rude or so. He gave us all the information that we needed, but not much more. Not a single smile.
Nice facilities Clean room Nice staffs
Wifi was suck At first it was hard to find One of the staffs wasn't really nice but was ok
